I may be experiencing some problems with my auto Sunshine #4. She was flowering and all of a sudden the pistils quit and she started doing this. Shes around 40-ish days from seed. Am I doing something wrong? First real time trying autos and dont know really what to expect. Calling @misterbee

Pluck a calyx easy way to find out…
saying that sometimes when certain autos hit a hurdle they just stop up and finish, even super early.
Though give one a pluck and see.

Yes. You are correct sir. She has been a patio plant her whole life and is not very big. She stinks good tho. So, I guess I am just in ‘Daddy Mode’ and don’t want bad for my babies.

Ha! I really like the little purple stripes on the pistils.
And the full outside plant is really packing these on. I am completely satisfied so far with Blak N Blu Cookies. Beautiful plants for sure.

Your auto probably just has large calyxes. I have to give them a squeeze to find out if a seed inside. I usually have a male on the back porch and I always get a few seeds on the outdoor plants. So, when I get a calyx that big I’ll check by squeezing it.

Yeah. I busted one of the bigger ones off yesterday and peeled it apart. No seeds. I guess they are just fat. LOL
