Yes its the pre charged an I will use it at 5% of pot volume.

Yes I like to add bio char to coco along with worm casting and perlite

Ok Thanks, I figure I would add it to my coco an then charge with cal mag an nutes as I always have.

I always make my biochar, and have used it with perlite/pro mix/sunshine mix, coco coir and coco chips. Biochar is the most wonderful additive you to use, IMHO.
After I cook in it in the fire pit, after the placer gas is gone, I yank it out and wrap a sheet metal cover and spring clamp it, to extinguish it as quick as possible, well before it goes to ash, and while it still has structure to it.
I then soak the BC in a ReCharge type of tea, for a couple of days, with an air stone bubbling. After I cycle my pots a few times, it goes to the outdoor garden. And I see it from 5-6 years ago, after I cycled those pots. wonderful stuff.

Awsome, I live in Norco Calif if I start an outside fire 
I be more fucked then growing to many plants lol.
