Blackstrap molasses hi brix what do you think?

Your thinking is incorrect.

Whats wrong? Snarky forum responses from people that joined yesterday imo lol

Kind of makes you wonder what they’re even doing here with such big brains and all. :upside_down_face:

I’m teamOG so thank you @Lobstah for the fun analogy and @Steambug for saying what needs to be said  - nascar is like watching a merry-go-round  unless they go to a road course & flounder around like new drivers. F1 is garbage too, as far as entertainment. Like watching a board meeting. :busts_in_silhouette::busts_in_silhouette::busts_in_silhouette::speaking_head: no fun & absurd money.

But snarky snark should be reserved for after one has been a bit more elaborate about their snark-trigger dopeslap.

Analogy still holds.
Pop your seeds, plant your seeds, feed your plants.
One of the reasons that LITFA is such a popular response on OG is that it’s easy for us to get carried away into minutiea involved in growing, and while that can be fun, it’s not necessary to get a reasonable harvest from your efforts

My plants are my “zen moment” of the day. Right now I have 5. 4 are almost done, and are part of a breeding project. The 4 are all autos, and I’ve succesfully reversed 2 of them to produce feminized auto seeds.
Remember the old “Juan Valdez” commercials for coffee?..“I pick the beans one at a time…”??? That’s me.  Every morning I go through each of the 4 plants and examine each bud. When I see a seed pod that’s just starting to yellow a bit, I pick it, remove the seed, put it in it’s correct container, and move on.
I could wait a week or two, maybe more, and there would be a bunch ready, but I’d lose some to wind, and honestly, I just enjoy spending time with the plants in the morning. Cup of coffee, pick a few seeds…it’s all good

Lack of boron! That’s always what’s wrong. :stuck_out_tongue:

Our good friend @Westcoastcroppers/@peg/@curemasterlocs/@pesticidewarlock/@phking/@asspotium/@halostem/18 others I can’t remember seems to be back with another account. He’ll probably have gotten bored with trolling us in another few days, disappear before actually getting banned this time, and come back next month with another new account to tell everyone here that they’re wrong about everything and he knows the answers but won’t bother sharing them because everyone else is too stupid. Does he actually know anything, other than how to attack? The world may never know.

Yeah maybe, but it’s mine!!
I loved Kempf’s piece!!
I simply do as I want to, use what I want to, and answer to no one.

I wouldn’t use it in a reservoir or any kind of hydro setup really. Sugars are for feeding microbes, good or bad ones. Nutrition in hydroponics is already chelated, so it’s plant available. I’d probably foliar spray a fulvic acid if it’s just the micronutrients from the molasses you’re wanting.

If you’re wanting a cheap molasses this is what I use in soil Golden Barrel Bulk Unsulfured Blackstrap Molasses Jug (128 Fl Oz) https://a.co/d/8ys7DI3

Great point

Thanks

Molasses is great, but from microscope assessment I won’t go over about 1:1000 dilution, or roughly 3-4ml/gallon (about 3/4 tsp). You can use it to bring up the bacterial populations without creating a boom/bust cycle at those rates. Even 1-2ml/gallon generates a strong response, and if you like to get active in the garden, reduced rates are your friend. I’ve used the higher rates, and it does generate a big response, and then it quickly looks like a desert. This is in soil, as far as hydroponics/coco grows I have no clue :stuck_out_tongue:

If someone wants to buy 3/4 of a liter of boost let me know it’s been sitting around a few months
Also have 3/4 of 13/14

I didn’t like it as a replacement for what I normally use

I’ll use it up at some point if not

Molasses is solid
There’s also dry molasses meant for reservoirs I can send you a link when I find it

That’s awesome

Hey awesome thread! My first time using molasses I noticed the jug fermented as it sat and I couldn’t find anything here that specified the use of molasses after immediately mixed, or after it was fermented and stanky. Sounds like it’s fine to use either way as long as there’s no lid so gasses and whatnot can escape. Any further elaborations from the nascar drivers would be greatly appreciated :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

If your going to let the mixture sit put an air stone in it to keep the good stuff alive

It can turn bad quickly if left to sit too long
