I donāt have an opinion. Only you know the circumstances. All I know is Iāve made impulsive choices with bosses. More than once. Right or Wrong. My advice is Stop/Think/ for at least 2 days. Who knows you both might surprise each other.

Oh Iāve known MANY!!! I was in sales/marketing, a top closer for many outfits. The more money you make them, the worse they treat you. Itās the same anywhere. In this case weigh your options and Weigh them Well.

Oh I donāt know you are in a pretty good spot, life is to short. If you are not happy and causing you stress, time to go. Maybe find something you really like. Maybe it wonāt pay as well but you canāt put a price on being happy
