Nah man I think you have your mind made up. I have been there and know all the signs firsthand of literally having to quit, and you checked about all of those boxes. You will be fine, and if not there are other jobs in the world. They may not pay as much but mental health is worth way more. I was in a similar boat as well and I got a job shortly after with better pay and a way better environment

Wanted to but thinking about it this was the only way to get out clean . Documented by email date and time stamped hard to say he fired me cause I can still access their system on my tablet or home pc . My log on works so I beat him to the punch if that was his intention.
I emailed tonight to prove I was not terminated but rather quit .
Should be covered and didn’t have to take the walk O shame in front of my peers , so tonight I feel like I won something Lol
