Yeah, I spent all last night getting my checkout settings and payment methods worked out. I got it down to one click purchasing, which is the only way I was able to get it, I think.

I think maybe that’s what happened to me too. The only thing I saw was 28 items but it only showed 27 so didnt even see the shirt come up.

Unfortunately there will never be a process that makes everyone happy. I agree that the way she choose to do this was less then optimal but then again its really just her and Bodhi that put the work in at plantmoreseeds. They aren’t a huge company with tons of people that can do focus groups and trial runs to figure out the best way to do this. They are just a couple of normal people doing their best with the tools they have at their disposal. So I try to give a big cushion of understanding because of this fact.
Think about this. I paid something like 56ish dollars for the shirt but a normal pack of bodhi seeds goes for 70$ So I paid less for these seeds then a normal pack. So I doubt that this was an effort for the rich to get richer. They could have auctioned these beans off for probably 10xs what they are selling them for.

It’s not really that, and I actually agree with a lot of what you said yet your posts come across as sour grapes that you didn’t get in on the drop. And it’s for charity - they do a ton of charity stuff like this, because they obviously care. But you’re wrong, they’re not rich and they’ve been doing this for 25+ years without increasing prices. They actually decreased prices for COVID.
And it’s just the two of them, they get half of the price you pay at the seedbanks (or less), and they have 3 kids and one is seriously disabled. It’s not like we’re talking about a greedy corporation extracting resources from Africa with dangerous child/slave labor. Let’s keep perspective.
So I think you’re a little off base with the accusations about them being rich. And Mrs. B doesn’t have a Porsche. She has a $30k Tesla. Big fucking deal.
Nobody minds real talk, just make sure you get the facts straight, and then deliver them in a way that’s a little softer so it doesn’t come across as unwarranted criticism, especially if it’s in response to a drop you missed and didn’t think was handled very well.
Gripe if you want, but it doesn’t benefit anyone. Like my dad taught me, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
