So healthy and vibrant… Your talents show and your thumbs must be a solid green lol
Out of likes but, nice! Flattered.
@The_Lazy_Hippie Garden lookin top notch my man!
Here are the Males;
Here is the one that I thought was dead;
Just looking forward to any cuts/clones people are willing to share.
Well… time to relocate #3 for a time out!
#6I’ll have to take a closer look at the rest, didn’t have time to do it before lights out.
tall one of mine is a girl.
short one still waiting.
They getting replanted tomorrow into my 6cf bed that will be their final home. I’ll show yall then.
Just took a better look…numbers 1, 3, 4 and 6 are boys
2 and 5 are girls, possibly 7 too. That’s the runt who was a bit behind.
The stretch is started here. 3 confirmed male, 3 female, 4 uncertain yet.
So; anyone have pollen collection (in a tight space) tips and tricks to share???
Actually…thinking of using a large clear plastic bag and putting the whole plant in it for a couple days …something like the tall can liners big enough for a Brute should do if it was big enough. I’m sure could come up with one close to the size needed.
Had 4 show male here - noticed they are all dropping pollen already from the first couple balls, still in 18/6. Auto flower trait or pretty normal? The other 6 haven’t showed their gender yet (7 including runt) - getting close to having usable clones from the bottoms then going to flip in a week or so. In retrospect I should have let them grow a bit taller then top them and use the tops for clones… probably a quicker process.
I got mine transplanted
left is A1 which was the one that stalled out. no preflowers yet.
right is A2 and is showing female preflowers.
That’s weird about the pollen dropping already. I am not aware of any autoflower genetics in the goji bloodline. Sounds like you might have a stud that just can’t wait to spread his DNA lol. These kids nowadays have no patience. =)
Great that you got 2 to live. Here is hoping the other one is a male. Thats the perfect setup right there. Those plants are going to love all that room to stretch their legs in. I’m excited for you.
Those plants look very happy @Neb. Looks like you figured out whatever the problem was that you were having with the Jacks RO formula.
Haha you know it. They all showed while still
in the 1gal pot - perhaps a bit of rootbound caused it. Either way yea theyre eager to get it on
You have a combination of toxicity and deficiency, a myriad of issues that seem to stem from the formula that you are using. Its basically impossible to tell you what exact nutritional shortcomings are present in your grow based on what we see in the photos. But going over the Jacks RO formula, its pretty bad. Awful nitrogen:calcium ratio, not enough phosphorus, not enough magnesium in stock formula, and no suflur?? 1g/gal of that is not enough to meet Mg/S demands.
Id drop it and switch to 3/2/1 immediately.
I think the Epsom salts cover the sulfur and magnesium. I’m too stubborn to drop it lol. Ill make this shit work.
So far I think I won the genetic lottery… 7 females confirmed, 1 male and 2 unconfirmed but I’m pretty sure one is a female and I’m really hoping I get at least one more male. Will check in on Friday! So much for genetic diversity.
