Bug identification

I found this little guy hanging out on one of my plant. Its hasn’t caused any damage, well not yet anyway. Anybody know what this is…

It does kind of look like those and It did fly from my hand to my pants. I’m guessing spider mites dont fly. Thanks @George

You’re welcome and safe, this is a video from my particular zoo. You can see an aphid going to devour a two spotted spider mite, with naked eye it would be impossible to see that mite … :sunglasses:

We called them potato bugs.

It looks similar to the Flea Beetles I have in one of my beds. They come in solid black, black and tan, spotted and striped. If it is, you can use Spinosad or, if you can keep it dry, Diatomaceous Earth.

Carpet beetle. Seconded. More harmful to carpets or textiles in your place.
