Yeah I am not sure about the metal corner argument. I think it used to be a good way to find a good tent but I have seen some crappy metal corners of late and some strong plastic ones too. I think that argument is starting to fade as they learn from their previous products. Nothing wrong with the performance of plastic if it is done right. It’s just not as good for the planet.

I’d just got a small mammoth propagator 90 at Xmas seeds to be good it’s got plastic corners but seems sturdy zippers appear to well made . Guess time will tell how it stands up.
Yeah the zippers are often a good selling point. If you go into your tents many times a day like i do then good zippers are a must. When i got my Gorilla’s they were annoying at first because the zippers were very tight. But after heaps of use they are still nice and firm and work well. but no longer feel tight.
