Actually it’s the government that’s a little “hazy” on freedom and civil rights…the people determine what’s legal in a democracy, not the government…

Actually, in the US, we have a Constitutional Republic, through which, we “elect” people to determine what’s legal. If someone doesn’t agree with what they think is “legal” they should either help to elect someone who does, or try to be that person.
