IMO people that grew up during the 40’s and 50’s seem to worship & obey authority figures. You cannot underestimate the impact of the 60’s social revolution. Our parents stand on one side of the divide and us on the other. People their age shuffled their kids off to be raped by the priest every Sunday and never questioned it. I think my parents worship authority because of strict Christian upbringings.

I did notice quality going up in Cozumel significantly in the past 4 years alone, but price wasn’t affected too badly. Better stuff than what I get in the US, available at half the price. The dirt is still available really cheap, and the good stuff is only a few guys, but 5 years ago it was all dirt…
Hes probably already set up a huge grow op or fed retail chain and wants to make more money. 25 million is a small investment for him in the estimated billion dollar legal cannabis industry.
It all helps legalize it so thats a positive side to it.
