Cannabis Current Events (Part 1)

We have a ton of anecdotal evidence everyday with Olympians, power lifters, NFL, and most sports that require pain management. I don’t see how our law makers choose to ignore what is right in front of them.

I think this is a great idea.

interesting. That is how apples and other fruit are kept fresh in commercial storage - nitrogen purging. When you buy an apple 6 months after it’s been harvested at the store and it’s crispy and fresh, it’s because it was stored in humidifed, O2-deprived warehouse.

This is not in the least bit surprising.

Lagunitas’s newest IPA doesn’t just smell like pot — it contains actual cannabis.

Me and a friend of mine where talking about that. We both like Lagunitas way too much and now they have a cannabis beer. I might have to check my house for listening devices, i think they are spying on me trying to get all my money.

I would really like to try this new brew.
Unfortunately, Lagunitas beer, of any variety, is hard to find in my area.
Needless to say, I will search for this inspired new brew.

I don’t have finded in the thread the current date of the next OG cup :sunglasses:

This is a very interesting piece regarding impending recreational legalization in Canada.
How will this effect pre-existing underground businesses?

It’s already happening. These new “medical producers” are dumping their overflow trash onto the streets. The Greater Toronto Area is flooded with unflushed baby-nugs of kush that’s harvested at 6 weeks and run through a trimmer. A pound of it is like $800 CDN. There’s somebody with 80+ lamps in every industrial park.

I wonder how things will look after a few years of legalization.

I don’t see anyone who ISN’T O.C. running these new humongous “medical” mega-grow-ops… in my area. I really wouldn’t have a problem with it, if they weren’t hosing it with AVID and harvesting D-grade poison.
I even heard that the native reserve near me was now openly selling so I checked it out. They sold me an 1/8 of Botrytis -_-

I am glad that I do not buy any weed.

It appears as if legalization(in US and Canada)may not be be the long sought for panacea we hoped it could be.

I just want to grow my flowers and be left alone.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that this is a truly dopey idea?
Wow.
