Meh. More BS about “social equity” and not a peep about growing, it’s all about establishing a regulated market. At this point, I’m fairly sure all that “social equity” means in practice is discriminating against well-connected white men in favor of well-connected black women. I don’t care either way, since I’m not connected. 
It still doesn’t help the hoi polloi, who only exist to vote and be capitalized upon, but it lets the political class inspire people who are focused on racial tensions in the first place.
I don’t imagine the tension in Russia is going to help matters either.
