My old stomping grounds, I used to walk in through the kitchen when my buddy managed modern some years ago. The owner is a solid dude, I havenāt been there in years. Their meat bomb pizza was always my favorite. I havenāt had foxon park in so long. And the mashed potato pizza at bar is phenomenal.

This is the biggest reason that smoking Medical cannabis is doomed.
Does anyone really believe doctors are going to recommend you smoke cannabis.
I personally spoke to a heart specialist and he said there is no evidence that cannabis effects the heart negatively, unless of course you smoke it.
It doesnāt help that the US has a history of denying funding to cannabis studies that want to find any positive links between the herb and wellness. NIDA is in charge of choosing which studies get federal funds, and they overwhelming approve the studies that are looking to find a negative impact on health. Thatās one of the reasons why so many doctors are uneducated about cannabis (even the ones who actually try to stay educated about it are often misled by the biased studies)
I do smoke it, but hardly shocking that smoking something is bad for your circulatory system.
Does anyone really believe that inhaling hot smoke (no matter what kind) does not negatively affect oneās body?!
Thatās why I primarily vape. Itās only half as bad for the lungs as smoking, yet I can delude myself into thinking that itās totally harmless! 
NOTE: this statement has been made in jest since I have no data on the long-term effects on vaping vs smoking.

The first questions that need to be asked are what is in the vape that makes it vaporize at a low temp?
Glycol ect.
How do they affect the lungs and body?
Also, do they add terps?
Are the terps of cannabis origin?
If not, are non-cannabis terps harmful to the lungs?
Are there heavy metals in the vapor due to the Chinese metal parts?
Those are the questions I would be asking.
Vaping very well could be less harmful but it also could be worse but in a different way.
