If you ask three eyewitnesses what happened right before their eyes five minutes ago, you’ll probably get at least five different answers. 
Even assuming we’re all seeing the same thing, we all process it differently. When you insist someone else has to process it the same as you, and you argue the point vehemently, you’re kinda setting yourself up for conflict.

Someone would be deemed under the influence of marijuana if they test positive for 3 nanograms or more of THC—the chemical that gets cannabis users high.
I will bet I am over the limit and I just woke up.
This is just a joke and a way to grab money.
It will surely be abused.
When I failed my drug test for work, the doctor called me up personally and asked why were my levels soo unbelievably high?
I told him I do not use marijuana, he hung up on me immediately.
Has that ever happened to anyone else? 
“This isn’t based on science, this is based on guesswork,” he said.
They gonna take you to jail with their guess work…WTF?

Apparently THC remains detectable by a blood test for 12-24 hours. Not very good evidence of a person’s state at the time they were pulled over/or tested.

Wouldn’t de-scheduling be the easiest path towards setting the plant free? If it’s not a scheduled substance under the CSA then wouldn’t it be completely legal federally?
