The politicians always accept bills written by PACS (there included as a note with campaign donations) and work to pass it without realizing the impact. That is why we need courts to keep them in check.

Was listening to “The Cannabis Conversation” (a UK based podcast) the other day and the host mentioned an upside to the white paper in question: he said the fine/education component was actually an improvement over the old hardline approach, so… slight improvement?
