Legalized just means A guaranteed thriving black market.
Should be taxed as self employed income at the most imo.
Here in California, not only do they tax at every stage from farming toi transporting to retail, they have charges foir ever Square Foot used to produce and sell pot. No business can survive like this. On the other hand,I’ve always thought pot should not be a business model anymore tending to your lawn vor growing tomatoes.
can you sa CALIFORNACATION?
The Czech Republic has basically been “legal”… well at least not policed for almost 2 decades. I used to visit Prague a bit and there was certain weed bars full of dealers, just buy a beer and wait. Amazing architecture, beautiful women, great beer and food and petty cheap good quality weed. I highly recommend visiting if you get the chance.
Sure. I can also say Oregonification, Washingtonacation and Coloradoacation. Maybe even Floridacation, Missourri a cation etc etc. So…?

That’s a pretty good summation of what is going on.
Bureaucratization is a better word for it, and by no means is California the only place it happens.
