If anyone’s looking, there’s Cannatrol units available on Marketplace - Surprise, AZ and SanPedro, CA. I’m just cruising Cannatrol porn near Vegas. :vulcan_salute:

Its official!!

Cannatrol tamed Nirvana. Ive had everything in the unit for a while now. Strains are all muted and almost hay-smell. Break it open, and POW! Thats my strongest, spiciest strain. I really cant believe it.

Nirvana was the last “convert”. Its just silly how it goes from smelling like dirt weed to the incredible strains we’ve grown, just by grinding it or cracking it open.

Personally, It’d be nice to always have the smell there. But this is cool too, and it shows things are going as advertised inside the unit.

Here’s the newest interview, but it’s mostly rehashed info. Goddamn, don’t read the comments unless you have blood pressure meds. The amount of communist moron stoners is off the charts.

Saw that earlier today. Same rehashed answers and loaded questions as other Infomercials.

Kind of a disappointing 60 minutes, with really not much new to offer.

It really was just a combo of Cannatrol youtube instructional vids. I don’t think Chris really prepared as well as he should have.
One question, " for $1700, why is there no Wifi or even Bluetooth so we can get info/warnings remotely?" w
My damn toothbrush has bluetooth!!!
Also, when he says he only bought an insulate cabinet trying to downplay the wine fridge stuff, I’m not believing for one second that the cooling system I see in the back of it is their stuff. That’s all part of the original wine fridge. I also think they are just hacking into the stock electronics.

Exactly. That’s why I mentioned above about a possible control unit upgrade path. The control unit itself comes off very much as a prototype in looks, feel and execution/function.
Regardless of how long this product has been out, every owner on this forum and every Cannatrol owner out there at this point is an early adopter

I don’t think there’s any big wine fridge conspiracy out there, but he knows what he’s got. he knows what he’s got into it, he can sit there and talk about giving his employees all these benefits Etc.

At some point, AC infinity or another company will come along with something else that does it bigger and possibly better for a lower price point.

David can sit there during his “interview” and regurgitate the same song and dance to avoid obvious topics and issues, but in the end he’s the only one out there with a machine that really works at this point in time.

Chris’s videos are always chopped up and heavily edited . It’s obvious David had certain “no talk” topics laid out and Chris had to dance around those.

It’s just like the Allison interview video that Chris put out recently. That was just a paid Cannatrol commercial in disguise.

This is their patent on Vaportrol:

If people want to think this is just a wine fridge or that this company is some sort of scam, read the patent. :man_shrugging:t2:

All this talk of someone making a cheaper one, forget he has a patent. Yes, patents can be avoided, but it isn’t always " I used a Philips screw here instead of a flathead, therefore his patent doesn’t apply".

Originally aimed at the artisanal cheese industry, from what I understand.

I think that is right. He has a background in food preservation.

You sound uneducated on the performance of the cannatrol itself… I guarantee no-ones dry room can pinpoint the same accuracy and hold to a .1 of a degree or humidity setting … that’s the fluctuations. It’s a .1 that’s a very small amount… I’d love to see a dry/cure room do that… I love my machine… and will be getting another… superior is superior… no contest is no contest … and jealousy shouldn’t play a part in someone’s statement about a product… lol

Lmao!!!

lol. My Growtek automated watering system is accurate down to 1ml. I don’t brag about that selling point because who cares about a millimeter? Who cares about a degree of temperature or humidity? To have equal drying space I would need about 6 of those. How much would that cost?

it is just a wine fridge, and also a “scam” (insofar as it’s ridiculously overpriced as an appliance, though maybe not as a boutique item - after all plenty of cigar people laying out even way more on humidors) but the relevant patent and description of function is this one

This is funny. The other guy said I was jealous. If it went for $200 I still wouldn’t buy it. I have a 1.9cu ft vacuum oven for extracts that costs about $500 more than your little dorm room dryer. That includes the Cannatrol custom wrap & tint for $225 and doesn’t include my vacuum pump.

If you want to ignore all of the experienced growers here who say the Cannatrol works, that is is fine. But this topic if for Cannatrol users. We don’t care about your pronouncements about why you will not buy one. Take it somewhere else please.

does it worth it if you are small time grower? I mean I only have few bushes, for my personal use, and this Cannatrol costs significantly. Will it pays out?

No one said it didn’t work. It’s just tiny and costs way too much money. I got tagged back into this thread from a post I made 3 weeks ago, and then called uneducated, jealous and poor.
