I was relaxing earlier tonight and ended up watching TV on YouTube, in French, from France… It’s the kind of broadcasting with a political segment which i find compatible with my own Canuck environment, though the format makes it hard to follow, because of how they treat those persons who dare sit in the guest’s chair(s).

M’well, business as usual. Nothing special so far until i heard this sentence as quoted, verbatim (e.g. in French):

Cher lecteur, plus tôt, tard en soirée (…), euh…

…j’écoutais une émission Française sur YouTube, histoire de me détendre avant de dormir - et en passant, sachez qu’ordinairement ça marche au moins aussi bien que le lait chaud! Euh… Bin, ça se passait comme d’habitude puis d’un coup BANG! Le supplicier parvient à décrire en très peu de mots ce que je pense des fausses querelles entre Conservateurs et Libéraux au parlement d’Ottawa mais s’appliquant alors au sujet du cannabis.

Bref, tel qu’il le dit c’est en plein comme ça que moi je le perçois exactement, ici chez-moi dans notre propre situation.

Ce que je traduirais ainsi:

En bref, voici un autre véhicule publique disposant d’un excellent porte-voix mais qui préfère se ranger du côté des bigots prohibitionnistes anti-cannabiques. Faut dire qu’il a été gravement marqué dans son enfance paraît-il, sans doute sur fond d’alcohol le pauvre enfant.

N.B.: En France, si je ne m’abuse, la loi exige clairement un fort parti-pris négatif vis-à-vis le cannabis. Qu’on me corrige si je fais erreur. En tout cas la mention par Yann Moix des commentaires de l’auteur Gaspard Koenig (@ 1:34:52) sur le Colorado aboutit accessoirement de cette même façon, assez caractéristique d’ailleurs du paysage télé là-bas, si on se fie sur ce qu’on en voit… Le fait que l’auteur invité ait pu répliquer que son café s’avère plus “addictif”, etc., devait être une de ces très rares exceptions confirmant la règle je suppose.

Comment dans une telle émission culturelle expliquer le colportage, encore aujourd’hui, de propos rétrogrades hérités de l’ère Victorienne alors qu’il y a tant à dire sur le cannabis au CBD, par exemple! Le tout sachant que la devise des Français est pourtant “Liberté, égalité, fraternité”! Du moins disent-ils. Hélas le peu du temps restant n’à servi qu’à conclure par une blague sur la conduite avec les facultés afaiblies…

TVA: Opération majeure contre le crime organisé (2018-Feb-25)

« L’opération Synergie était un projet-pilote, dans le but d’établir une stratégie pour recueillir des renseignements… … Avec “CIBLER”, on met cette stratégie en branle de façon plus permanente. » (Louis-Philippe Bibeau, porte-parole de la SQ)

En gros le reportage porte sur une “démonstration” de force couvrant des bars de toute la province paraît-il. Le prétexte avancé porte sur la “sensibilisation” et le “renseignement” policiers par rapport à la vente de “stupéfiants” liée au “crime organisé”; il s’agirait d’autre part de l’une des plus importantes opérations contre les Hells Angels depuis 10 ans.

Je ne saurais toutefois dire avec certitude si ce dernier détail ne concerne uniquement que les bars de Sorel-Tracy dans ce reportage, au moins on comprend que le but consiste à passer des messages mass-médiatiques incitant en particulier les opérateurs de bar à la dénonciation. Etc., etc. Mais voilà, dès qu’il y a de la droÿe en jeu les affaires s’embrouillent généralement. On y est habitués avec TVA depuis l’ère Harper, après tout qui croire quand les nouvelles nous sont rapportées par des garçons qui crient trop souvent au loup… Donc je soupçonne que peut-être tant d’ardeur devrait plutôt nous faire se demander si en fait ces perquisitions ne seraient pas en rapport avec l’un des 12 “perfectionnements” apportés au “CDSA” (acronyme en version anglaise) sous Trudeau, en particuler en matière de “saisie civile” des “fruits du crime” (ou “Civil Asset Forfeiture”)…

Honêtement on devra attendre de voir de quel type de “crime organisé” on parle réellement, à mon humble avis. Les policiers mortellement armés vont-ils “cibler” de véritables dangers publics ou se contenter de menacer d’une arme de simples jardiniers?? Il reste que les budgets ont été votés et seront vite dépensés pour supporter davantage de judiciarisation et de criminalisation, ça c’est clair. Espérons que la société et les enfants de la planète Itnoc y trouveront leur compte.

We had serious hints right from the begining when his party’s electoral platform consistently failed to notice/clear apparent confusion over the term “incidental possession” - which just couldn’t translate correctly until last fall somehow. Trudeau needs to make us wait for the next major drug event scheduled to occur in 2019 at the United Nations, using the senate for diversion was all too convenient while performing 12 CDSA changes (so far). The paths he won’t walk actually define the negative contour of an emerging pattern revealing the shadow of his real intentions, that’s why things had to be so “complicated”.

Sorry, the price to pay for self-gratification is beyond what i can accept, morally and financially.

No can do, there’s no way i can endorse/support such artificial fragmentation with a legal signature. Cannabis has no business on the “Cédule”, that’s where the root of the problem resides. It’s where double-talk makes the bigot anti-cannabic prohibitionists so weak: it’s paradoxal and incoherent at best, which means misguided and hence socio-toxic, etc. Instrumentalization of a most vulnerable class of consumers ain’t my thing, i leave that to an enemy that’s consistently pushing self-vilification forward with an eye focussed on over-taxation, etc.

Anonymous purchases by adults are good enough for alcohol and tobacco legal consumers and hence that’s the bare minimum IMO to compare with, even if one must keep in mind that cannabis is totally different in many ways. Do NOT count on me to participate to predatory data-mining which will be abused later - i mean, we sure can count on human nature for that: it’s not a matter of if but when!!

I’d be acting like soldiers burning the land if i traded my convictions for some pesticide-laced mari-caca not even produced in my province. As for Hydropothecary the fact they kept their license after the myclobutanil scandal only comforts me to stay away, even from their “kosher” and/or “bio”, eventually. These guy worked to define the non-detection threshold and succeeded finding it i believe - consequently, go figure what sort of more expensive detection tools would be required to get some solid confidence about true protection!

In such doubt it’s a no brainer simply to abstain, hoping LPs go banckrupt until they’re all extinct, to never return.

Honest hard-working cultivators/artisans used to be proud of their vocation with margins that have nothing in common with what makes executives in ties salivate so much since 2015… Politicians are synonymous to blatant Cultural Genocide unless being very explicit about our rights 1st, e.g. the last lost election was a slap in the face and the next promisses this much. These days criminals and killers are seen on TV late news, teasing each other in both levels of parliaments with nearly the same sympathy for “stoner$”/“droyé$” than for aboriginal women, etc., etc…

Ils ont été très claire pendant la commission sur la SQDC, les trois partis ont unanimement exprimer que le but n’est pas de légalisé mais de contrôler.
Ce qui était devenue de-facto un crime sans victime sera maintenant poussé à la télé comme un vol de fonds publique, des “méchants” qui empêche les pauvres gens honnête de tweed corp et de la SQDC de gagner leur vie.
Se qui était devenu quelque chose de socialement “pas grave” Sera maintenant la cause du perte de revenue publique de cette grosse bébitte qu’ils veulent appelé la SQDC.
Je crois que c’est pas vraiment une “legalization” comme nous le commun des mortels on comprends, mais plutot une guerre sur les optiques sociaux qui son entrain de changer dans une direction qu’y inquiet nos élites.

À la limite on ne le leur reprocherait peut-être pas si seulement c’était bien fait et pour des raisons nobles parfaitement irréprochables. Or ça n’est que de la VILIFICATION sous diverses formes, pour créer une distance visant à protéger ces mêmes élus d’éventuelles accusations de “banalisation”. Autrement dit ils l’ont d’abord fait POUR EUX…

Oui, même Amir Kadir se range de leur côté et c’est le plus socio-démocrate de la troupe. Ça devrait faire allumer quelques journalistes sur le lot quand l’opinion favorable de plus de la moitié de la population n’est toujours pas dûment représentée au parlement, tandis qu’on tombe dans un obscurantisme crasseux de facilité sur le réseau médiatique national.

Le reportage débute avec un asiatique pour parer aux accusations de racisme lorsqu’ensuite on nous montre le cartier chinois pour mieux soutenir la thèse que 98 % des cultures intérieures appartiennent à la “mafia asiatique”… Le malaise avec cette version déformante de la réalité c’est qu’au lieu de nous montrer des bateaux Chinois dans le port de Montréal SRC préfère juxaposer des images qui n’ont pas grand chose en commun avec n’importe quelle mafia je dirais.

En fait la seule mafia que ça illustre tant qu’à moi c’est plutôt celle de la machine propagandiste qu’est devenue notre télé d’État - TQc n’étant pas davantage inspirante, soit-dit en passant. L’une instrumentée à outrance sous Harper puis exploitée avec encore moins d’honêteté intellectuelle sous Trudeau, l’autre le dos collé au sol en attendant le coup de grâce fatal.

Oui et pourtant à la base il s’agissait d’abord d’un non-problème inventé de toute pièce par les politiciens, dont les Libéraux de W. L. Mackenzie King en particulier… Donc on ne rappelera jamais assez qu’en fait ce n’est autre que l’héritage politique du gouvernement actuel qui d’ailleurs s’avère incapable (et non désireux) de dénoncer ses propres erreurs du passé, pour éventuellement les réparer…

Hélas ces gens-là n’ont aucune hésitation à stigmatiser leurs futures victimes pour mieux éloigner l’attention de leurs propres incohérences - et elles sont majeures puisque plus socio-toxique qu’aucun des dangers véritablement attribuables à l’herbe du Diable - comme l’autait si bien écrit Emily F. Murphy, pourtant l’une des “5 fameuses”! Autrement dit on peut se perdre dans la maison aux mirroirs, moi ce reportage m’a paru niais à l’excès dès qu’on m’a annoncé des “criminels” asiatiques. En cherchant bien je me dis que la nouvelle aura sans doute été le reporter lui-même, en lui permettant d’annoncer ses couleurs. La prochaine fois on pourra zapper dès le début.

Bin, considérant que déjà à Montréal “Noir” des policiers en équippement para-militaire ont eu le feu vert pour une opération résultant par la mort violente d’un homme d’origine étrangère pour 8 oz même pas à lui l’an dernier, euh… Comment ne pas se dire que la guerre est déclarée et que d’autres cadavres suivront bientôt, surtout quand on voit l’approche adoptée par nos 2 paliers de gouvernement pour faire semblant de s’occuper d’un problême essentiellement de santé publique!

J’en suis convaincu moi non plus et c’est pour ça que chaque fois j’écris “légaleezation”, d’abord en référence à la duperie basée sur une confusion crée à dessein par la barrière des langues telle qu’exploitée sournoisement lors de la création de la plateforme électorale des Libéraux (à propos de la traduction erronée de “incidental possession”), ensuite pour souligner la tricherie consistant à renvoyer la responsabilité aux cours de justice pendant que les amis du parti cherchent à privatiser les bénéfices de leur spéculation de fous. Quant on sait que selon des producteurs agréés le prix de production gravitait autour de 89 ¢/g l’automne dernier, si j’ai bonne mémoire…

La logique des politiciens est que l’inflation des coûts haussera la clôture à sauter pour faire affaire avec des jardiniers-artisans maintenant étiquetés par nos mass-médias en tant que “crime organisé asiatique”, supposément pour tenir le cannabis hors de la portée des enfants. Voilà toute une parabole ne servant qu’à cacher le vide couvert par des mots creux. En fait pour autant que je puisse dire la hausse de prix ne fera que durcir davantage la délinquence chez des ados déjà en trouble. D’où mon opinion que les vrais criminels sont ceux-là même qui dégagent beaucoup d’air chaud dans nos 2 parlements, car l’accès au pouvoir et à la connaissance suppose des responsabilités en proportion du tort causé à l’échelle nationale, pendant des générations encore - ce qui m’inspire une profonde honte de nos institutions prises d’assaut par toutes sortes d’intérêts prose$$ionels particuliers.

Pour tout dire la responsabilisation des élus a passé le cap de l’urgence simple depuis longtemps, hélas!

this sucks, the politicians are lying badly in Quebec. I didn’t realize the province was so feudal and controlled so tightly by the rich oligarchs. It sounds like the real estate owners are writing the laws.

Indeed, the distance between voters and their democratic institutions never stops growing abysmal in Québec, even Amir Kadir happens to support Lucie “Nez-Rouge” Charlebois and her biased socio-toxic background: this women’s father happened to die of lung cancer and she struggled with addiction to tobacco herself, actually she even bragged about it in her presentation of the #44 law while captured by parliamentary cameras… Making jokes about Justin’s mari-caca, etc. A most pathetic parody, really.

A gentle euphemism for mafia-grade predators. By the way, just last night i received a hostile written reply from some intellectual who proved being yet another broken lightbulb.

The guy sounds like a virulent opponent of capitalism with writer skills, etc., too bad he’s so blind to the reasons why one might be against Trudeau’s (fake) “légaleezation”. Instead he’d comment it’s only serving privileged “bourgeois” people while cannabis is supposed to be a dangerous poison 10 times worse than tobacco smoking… Whining only about the cost of hospitalizations and what not, etc. Being correct that this is a fraud doesn’t mean his premise would stand true scientific scrutiny at all. But the snake’s rattle can be mesmerizing to those also sharing the opinion that politicians failed us, if not tricked us actually…

No wonder the average Joe still gets the impression it’s meant to please “stoner$”/“droÿé$”. The simple mention of Bony Jean-Pierre resulting in deep-space silence only confirms how clueless voters can remain, despite being a literary dude generously “informed” by late TV news.

Shortly put, i’ve never felt so ashamed nationally, provincially and very soon we’ll get flooded by samples of bigotry at the municipal level through mayors and CORPIC landlords as well. The fact that some police agents may chose to ignore various events doesn’t compensate for the long term installation of socio-toxic values at all decisional levels. Just think of Janey Canuck’s trivial book which apparently made it to the UN’s library as reference, by boat (…), in times when the “problem” of mari-caca simply didn’t exist. Without obcessed self-serving zealots like that one has got to wonder if Nixon could have performed his destruction work starting from nothing.

Bigotry turned into a neo-religion is all too easy, the prohibitionists don’t even need to know each other: they simply cooperate, their actions based on a common set of socio-toxic values, never being made accountable for the permanent damage, etc. They’re all too easy to recognize when the time comes for open public debate and our sinister of “healty ways” proved that again by carefully defining the topics she wanted to discuss, only to support a pre-existing political agenda.

That’s what the guy i mentioned above also argued about, exactly. this shit is absolutely ridiculous. the government is very skilled at finding ways of wasting taxpayer money. it seems like they create all these useless rules and regulations to keep the justice system busy when in reality they should be able to lay off a good chunk of them. its like they want to keep crime rates the same with legalization.

this is so sad. the number of children who get abused or neglected because they have drunks for parents and they’re persecuting this family for running a competing business, nevermind that they’re helping sick people with a legal right and probably offering better selection and value too.

they need to shut down all the black market dispensaries before legalization hits because they know the LPs can’t compete on price or quality. their greed is so disgusting. just make it a free and open market and let the consumers decide with their wallets

Which would explain why they’re actually promising to inflate price-tags, so they can compete predatory “organized crime” in ways to abuse us further. As if law enforcement decided to bust sex-workers only to open their own mercantile businesses, but now even more rude to everyone, starting with over-taxation pretending that’s meant to fight prostitution…

Yes, that thought makes me sick. Those are people having access to public-funded resources including scientific research (ideally…), yet despite such superior responsabilities those neo-religious ideologists dare pose as saviors of youth in front of parliament’s cameras, while busy in finding new ways to inflict additional permanent prejudice via trauma based on irrational beliefs. With the benefit of total impunity in the public eye since the parent’s names are kept secret if/when a minor is involved, In The Name Of Children… Which means they can deny the tragic consequences of their own ridicule moral failures. Not to mention the “expert$”/“spe¢iali$ts” seem all too satisfied to maintain confusion over the substance instead of consumption methods.

Plotting behind closed doors about using BANNED pesticides for “medical” mari-caca growing is disgusting enough and even criminal i think. It hurts to observe LPs being allowed to get away with it, much like they got a special permission from H.-C. to poison us “en masse”, as if the hidden agenda always turned to be VILIFICATION. Or worse, the actual promotion of self-vilification, to feed their contaminated statistics and justify further warfair.

That’s just not the Canadian way i’d have to argue, but Justin’s shiny finish is already wearing off anyway…
