I always make sure to do a smooth transition on the autos so they don’t suffer from transplant shock. I go from seedling pot to 20 liter in the greenhouse.

Cool to see everyone sharing their techniques, asking questions… we are never to good or old to learn… I tended to break all the rules with autos testing for myself and what I found was…
1… Never start Autos in solo cups… stunts them big time…
2… Start in plastic pots so the larger roots get established during the first 3wks
3… Up pot immediately after plant shows sex… I did this because I had to sex 12 autos and couldn’t afford that much soil, nor had that much room for 12/3gal pots… I found they loved it and blasted off.
4. Over feeding early on stunts autos… no foods first week.
5… Top Sativa dom only…
6… Have a dark cycle… 20/4, 18/6.
Most of all, experiment and have fun… and when you find your Beast Mode Auto, have your buddy Argo’s Gardens make a bunch, your buddy Kabuudha make a bunch and get rolling…
Again… watch out for my Gabagoo F5, Miss Piggy F3 strains soon
and a few new testers… like Beast Mode F2 and Gobstomper F1

Flushing the UBC Chemo 2 x M39 by H.A.T.T. Seeds… nothing prettier then a well flushed plant to assure it smokes well…

Nothing prettier then a well flushed plant… see people, this is why you don’t pluck leaf material late in flower. You let it fall off by itself after the plant is done sucking all the nutrients that are mobile elements out of the leaf as you flush the soils… this tells you your smoking just the plant and it will taste soooo much better.

I’m trying to squash this so I’m letting it all go… it’s almost my Birthday and I really don’t want to argue with anyone… I sent him a nice PM so it’s in his court… Man, turning 60 makes you look at everything a wee bit different … no negativity.

Time to plant some schtuff…
Sometimes the budget dictates what you use… MG soil was on sale at Sam’s Club for $9 for a huge bag. So, I ordered perlite again and some DT Earth, along with some Myko… Seeds have all sunk, one Peanut Butter Haze already showing a tail cracking open…
I was going to plant tonight, but just realized my perlite won’t be here till tomorrow afternoon… talk about Carty’s Birthday grow… planting on my day.

What’s funny is, our power was out 6hrs… wife was up early and baked me cupcakes before it went out at 10am… got so hot inside we sat on porch watching birds play in the bird path… rabbits hopping thru the yard… it rained a few times… walked pooch at 4 and power was back on upon returning…
Carty got to test his new hips, held up fine I must say…

Draig my friend… was hoping you’d call me today, not talked in a bit and miss ya. but no worries buddy, I know ok… I was hoping of my 2 brothers and 2 sisters they’d be able to find the phone today… even my Dad… calls while I’m asleep at 9am says to my wife, tell him I called… probably why all the birthday wishes on here mean so much to me… between 2 sites and FB… almost 100 people wished me Happy Birthday… so I’m good…
