Warm water for me, want my 100ft visibility. Diving the coast near me just no interest in 5ft viz, great whites, makos and not being able to see diddlyā¦ Caribbean where you can see, fear fadeā¦ Not many sharks most places I been, to the point that its considered lucky and a good dive to see one. Even then its a lot of nurse sharks which are wet puppy dogs. Black tips are afraid of the scuba bubbles and you are lucky to see them 100ft off the walls, keeping their distance. Hammerheads are unicorns, and if you get to see one of them its bragging rights foreverā¦ I have seen some BIG snapper with gnarly teeth (cubera), barracudas that look scary but have no interest (and sometimes they do, especially shiny crap, sure makes for a pucker moment when a 'cuda shows interest). And Groupers that could fit half of me in their mouthsā¦ Best was swimming 5ft above a whale shark as big as a school bus, while it swam completely head to tail beneath me. Got lucky and jumped in a dozen times on various dives with whale sharks and wild dolphins. Dolphins are super intelligent, especially bottlenoseā¦ they LOVE to interact with humans (spinner dolphins are just dicks and keep swimming). Iāve been eyeball to eyeball with a wild dolphin, and lemme tell you, they ARE sentient, there IS a soul in those eyes. It was the most amazing connectionā¦

I just figure itās best if I stay out of the fishes house.

Well now, got home to find no seeds in the mail which is cool, have not identified the ones from yesterday yet. That said I will be dammed if there was not a huge box sitting in my hallway. It would appear Mars Hydro was serious and the main BOG Sour Bubble run will be done under the Mars Hydro FC6500 . Pretty stoked to get my hands on this thing. Donāt know if it will be any good but spec wise it seems to be worth a shot.

Itās some pretty cool stuff. And it gets my friends who either donāt wanna dive or canāt dive to be able to come along with me and see what I see because itās an amazing world down tweāre all down there. I even have stereo footage which if viewed in a headset that will actually give you some depth perception and everything becomes 3-D. You literally want to reach out and grab the tube sponges in front of youā¦ I still need to perfect a lot of that technique but it was cool enough just to be able to get some raw footage to do what I want with a design I came up with on that printer

Should do great in a 5x5. They were going to send me a 5x5 but were out of stock so I told them to just send me a 4x4. That way I donāt have to take down my 4x2 in the same room. Otherwise with the 2 tents it is a bit cramped for working in there. Canāt wait to pop some beans. Got my new Quantum par meter to start getting some useful data. Gonna be awesome.
