I just received something sent a month ago from two provinces over. Thought it was lost for sure. Mail is very sporadic as I received one from PA within 2 weeks. Itās quite odd. Iāll Definitely watch this run, hope it all works out killer .
I have not checked it out yet but should be great in a 4x4, I am guessing I will not get it to full power in that space but better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Mail is running funny right now. Looks like trolling over here. Thatās why itās a wait. I have enjoyed it here. Itās getting crazy. I hope it works out. Canāt stand to see us green hands fighting over to one thing we cherish. I have had some nice gifts for buds here. I hate to see us fight. One Love. Iām no saint myself. I know things are tough. If someone nuts up it happens. But for someone to come here with no reputation whatsoever trash talking is unacceptable.

Anyone around here blow glass? I really want to get my hands on a reasonably priced, simple 2-3 hole hash pipe and wand/hot stick setup. The pipe design is super simple so I am confused why I donāt see them being sold all over. Cant find much at all from lots of different searches.

I saw you post about mail at a few big dives locations, knew you were gonna be diver! When was the last time you dove Cozumel? I had a trip right at the beginning of covid cancelled, but had heard the reefs were in pretty bad shape there these days.

That would be January of this year. They have separated the marine park into 4 zones now and 3 are closed and 1 open at any time, 3 months then they rotate and open a different zone. SCTLD and white band have really taken a lot of the brains, including some popular and massive coloniesā¦ I was a dive shop manager / instructor in cozumel for most of last year and logged probably 450-500 dives there in the last 5 years. Did my DM / OWSI in Utila in 2017. Utila / Roatan are in much better shape but SCTLD IS moving south 
fell in love with Utilaā¦ but cozumels formations at palancar amd punta sur are impressive and sponges are giant and ancient, barrels over 500yrs old ā¦
I literally arrived on Coz last year ONE week before everything went crazy in March.stuck it out thereā¦ sadly it didnāt work out there but I got friends everywhere after a few months on Utilaā¦ wanna do south pacific some dayā¦

Iām an amateur compared to you logging that many dives. Iāve been diving for about twenty years now, but recreationally. Coldwater California the past two years, but before that I would take a trip or two a year outside of a little bit of local diving. I spent a year in Indonesia, that was the best diving Iāve ever done. Other top places Iāve been have been Cuba, Bonaire, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. Iām itching to get back into tropical diving. I went out on a local charter boat a few weekends ago, and we had SPECTACULAR local conditions of 40 foot visibility. I mean, Iāll take it, but sure is nothing like seeing 100+ off a wall.

Iāve been fortunate and had connections which led to me working for the dive shop. I mean I designed the logo and did all social media for 4 year prior to getting there lolā¦ Cozumel spoiled me with the driftsā¦ Iāll go back but will use another operator sadly, bridges were burned and Iām still chasing pay 8 months laterā¦ Iāll miss the fact that they always let me dive my tank, and if that was 80-90 mins, they were fine, my captains were awesome at picking us up, never a worry with themā¦ But a little time with another op, and it will be all good again.

For me. it all started with a trip or two a year. Then it became 3 months in utila, 3 in coz, eventually 6 months in cozā¦ my exit strategy from the rat raceā¦ covid certainly put a monkey wrench in those plansā¦ still current with my padi pro dues, but only authorized to teach in central america, not the US (aināt paying 350-700 for personal instructor insurance, a requirement for the US, for the amount I would end up teaching here)ā¦
You have a decent list of dive trips, nothing to be bashful aboutā¦ I may have alot, but its on the same 50ish sitesā¦ You have variety 
I would normally take a trip in July, and another in Octoberā¦ Dogs ACL surgery is wiping out the fund for anything this year since Coz fell apartā¦
When things get back to a semi normal state, I wouldnt mind meeting up / planning something with a diver or two from OG for a trip somewhereā¦ Own my own gear and cams obviously, and I make a good dive buddy!
