I remember seeing a video where someone reversed a Male and made seeds with it.

Thatās hilarious; the seeds shouldnāt be āmasculizedā since the males still carry an X, but they would have a higher proportion of males as well as some YY duds. The more I think about this the more I see why nobody has ever bothered.

So if I wanted to reveg a few plants after harvest, could I just do a reversal on them and end up with a bunch of stable fem seeds so long as they didnāt cross pollinate?

Yeah, as they start to flower, spraying with STS will cause them to grow male flowering parts (pollen sacs).
