We do squirrel and rabbit gravy/stew here too! My deep freezer is full of deer, fresh catfish, and a rabbit. I like squirrel, but never really had the heart to cook myself, only grandma’s. They skin and eat frog legs too… I don’t. Can’t stand being able to count their toes.
