I have found the ‘bulk seeds’ from seed city to be both cheap and good quality in terms of viability and the results.
As far as I can tell they seem to simply reverse a good number of the commercial seed varieties they sell and then sell them as $4 as seed generics. I have tried Amnesia haze, Cindy99 and Purple Urkle from their collection with good results.
I have no affiliation btw, just always had good results.

Seed city gets my vote all day. I lost it last year when the cc stuff went down. You can pick your freebies which is neat. I have no affiliation. Sites old as shit but they got 100 packs on the low.

Well I was pretty optimistic about that site. Signed up, found a bunch of seeds I want for great prices, added them to my cart… then got to the payment options. Total Fail. Every option is a total PITA.

Edit sorry I just glanced at what you said. When the cc went down everything went to shite. That was my only dealing. I should be clarified. I used them before the cc system went down.
