I couldn’t wait .

Had to try feeding them .
Had some spare time so

Mixed up week 2 nutritents on a 5 week Veg regimen.

Hit 400ppm.

Fed them all a little
.
My soil is neutral as f@ckkk is my only conclusion .

Set up the exhaust fan to move some more air around.

Soil was gurgling on the bigger pots so I’m thinking
That is a Good sign .

Hope I come check tomorrow and it’s like Jack n the bean stalk!! LOL

Well be culling the weekend.

I practiced my LIFTA skills this week .

Things are to be going well for 4.

Not much vertical growth. I always have this problem. Might try grttign tent off the ground .

They are not drying out well at all . Taking forever to dry up.

Some sort of new nutrient burn on one plant.

The strong are 3 g13 and one is a skunk .

The rest…well the rest we won’t talk about

I may just up pot the 4 of them to 5 gal bags and plan on finishing in them.

What is the difference between the ones doing great and the ones struggling? Is it some kind of drainage issue?

I was going to guess over watered also.

There was absolutely no difference.

All started same time in same cups in same soil in jiffy pellets on top of heat pad

Watered the same amount all through out .

4 in red cups are clones j got the other day. They aren’t surviving either. No idea what issue is .

Ive been running 24/0

yep, that’s the thing right. It’s been narrowed down to a root zone issue for some reason. I was wondering if some took longer to dry out or something. Grew more, or less algae on top, who knows, something was different about the medium.

Yep! lol

I am going to transplant into fully dry soil…I’m worried the soil is neutralized . But I’m feeding them full strength from here on out lol and waiting for full dry cycles to water / Feed.once they are transplanted

I think more soil / bigger pot would would insulate the roots a little bit until they get bigger.

And one of them might go straight into a living soil medium .

All of my previous grows - the solution has always been to UP POT / TRANSPLANT.

They always have recovered from any issues I’ve had…and for some reason time and time again it’s a root bound issue OR root ZONE to widen the scope

I’ve had issues with those peat pucks in the past I won’t use them .

Lol to be honest I think that’s the consistent thing that saved any of these its lol

Okay so we have 4 plants that are surviving the wrath of Calix

I am deciding to drop a Feminized Blue monster photoperiod . I will be using some new soil - not my neutralized BX…

It’s in a cup now

I’m grown it once and know the genetics are stable so hopefully I can keep that one growing and use what I’ve learned from the past 20+ seeds that had to die at my hands

Alright !

Jan 18 as promised

Getting shit done!

Just up potted my four survivors to 5 or 7 gallon bags lol

And one is with LIVING SOIL FROM @HAPPYBUDDHAORGANICS
@CADMAN

Took a while but it’s in there…hopefully a female.

I don’t think I’ll have any more root issues.

The small ones I checked there’ root and they are still growing. I think I will up pot them and see what happens. They are still growing vertically but all the low leaves are dying .

I’ve got 2 G13 AND 2 sag Skunks in the big pots
Thanks everyone .

Wish them luck and growth !!

I ALSO Selectd the best looking plant of the four for the organic living soil * water only *

I’m really hoping they all start doing they’re things.

I popped a feminized Blue Monster and dropped it into soil today as well.

I have To go though my photos to make sure I have the right cultivar names on them.

How does @O.G. Members feel about plants they mis label or lose track of cultivar ?

If you youve never grown it before, don’t know what To look for and smell.

Do you just wait until they hopefully flower and have a definitive trait to put you on the right track??
@ShiskaberrySavior

I know some are very organized… but it can happen.

I had almost 20+ seeds past 6 weeks And it got to the point I didn’t care about who’s who just keeping them alive lol

Hope you can figure it out as I’ve also got 2 mystery plants due to labeling issues .both new or possibly something I’ve grew in the past if so should be able to nail it down.

I.got.my first male !!!
Ball sacks and all!!!
Didn’t notice yesterday I guess !

Just took it out of the tent…poor bugger I was rooting for that one lol!

Hoping this may be an indicator that the other three are females If this one’s shown it’s sex already…

They have some work to do to get acclimated to they’re new pots.

It’s looking better in the tent now. I moved everything back to furnace room. I washed all the walls with bleach and mopped the floors. Left it for a month…
I was using the laundry room for my seedlings

But I’m back in the furnace room and giving the plants 4 hours darkness. I was running them 24/7 since they sprouted…I know people do this but I just don’t think my plants were responding well.

So Ive now got one Feminized Blue monster I’ve already grown once that just sprouted. I’m gonna pop some more seeds to join it.

I’ve got 3 plants. 2 G13 and 1 skunk that I’m pretty sure are female that I just transplanted and they’re getting accustomed. One is in organic soil.( I just dropped a blurple in there to keep temps up )
I saved one stunted seedling and plopped it onto the 5gal fabric pot that I pulled a male out of before its roots got into the transplanted soil

My good friend justgave me a 10kg bag of Gaia greens so I can make some real soil this week ( @Alaskagrown gonna pm you for some soil education - im going to keep it promix + worm castings and Gaia + perlite - anything you can help with in that please do )

And he gave me a Tupperware full of bloom

Let’s get it!!!

Need to pick out some seeds to germ. . Ive got some blue cookies - alien og -nutbutter and Molokai frost to choose from - all regs I believe.

But I gotta fill that tent and I have zero room for mistakes right no

Okay . Just dropped 3 alien og and 3 blurry NUT BUTTERS . All floating …don’t mean nothing though will check back tomorrow!

Thanks

Definitely the nut butter if it’s anything like the pink raspberry or nurse peanut should be fire.

I think solved my problem… root zone was cold / tent was cold / soil was cold. And lights were on 24/7 but never consistent temps .

I have the plants off the ground Ona. Pallet and temps between 24-27 with lights off for 4 hours temps dropping to 17.

Everything lookings like they are growing now .

Hope I have solved the mystery lol will know more soon.
