Cleaning smart pots for re-use

Soak in bucket of water and Dr bronner’s Castile soap to remove debris. Use washing machine to wash .air dry

i ended up just re-using them without washing :blush: next time i’ll get em clean!
it’s not winter anymore so i can take em out and hose em down, maybe just hand wash with some soap in a kiddie pool or something

never heard of dr bronners i’m gonna look that up and see if we have it in canada… thanks for the suggestion!

I did the same thing this go around. Just a lil salt buildup, right?

I’ve heard that your overdoing your nutes if this happens? Any salt to this? buh dum tiss lol

i love these for some reason. probably b/c they’re square. i took a 3/16" drill to the sides & drilled every 1.5" for :fire: extreme performance :fire: lol :joy:

edit: re: laundry of fabric pots… ADD some vinegar to get that salt out! Helps!

I’ve had mine sitting for months maybe I should pull them back out… I mainly stopped using because I hated cleaning aswell as temp issues
