Last year I had minimal bud rot and no pm. “Fingers crossed” I will be keeping a close eye and peeling donkey dicks apart check for rot.

Haha. You could literally make that a full time job on this forum. If you get caught slipping for a week or two on some threads and you have a back log of like 700 posts to work through.

Do you have the space for a greenhouse or a high-ring tunnel?

Ya I don’t think they are talking a whole lot about all the disasters that are happening everywhere. This is a small fire at 90K acres ever check out a fire map of the West :grimacing:

Looking really nice! Hopefully the fire doesn’t get closer or force you guys to evacuate.

Hows that IB smelling? Really wanting to run that next season.

it’s about 30 miles from us on the other side of the town of Oakridge a town east of us.

Well, it’s gotta be rough dealing with that. We had fires earlier in the season, but they weren’t that close. Maybe 40 miles and a mountain range seperating us. The smoke was terrible though, complete with apocalyptic orange-red sun. It seems most of NM is no longer on fire thanks to the monsoon rains, but they are still raging farther west. We’ve had more smoke than usual around here as that smoke get’s blown down here. Fingers crossed things get better for you and everyone else out there.

On the IBG, I’m really looking forward to a smoke report. I’d get seeds from Fleur du Mal rather than a clone, just because I don’t see many clones around here. Feels like the clones that were available this season here were all “hype” strains I’m really not interested in, and aren’t really optimal for outside anyway.

Up in Alaska, they get forest fires so large they’ve named them. Condolences that you have to deal with what you’re dealing with; it always sucks.
Your plants look amazing, wildfires notwithstanding.

I spent the summer of 1989 in the Mat-Su valley and lived in Fairbanks 2007-2011. There is absolutely nothing better than an Alaska summer for fishing. The salmon are running and it’s never dark. It was the winters that drove me insane.

I got to fish the Kenai river once with my dad and his buddy. One of my most memorable moments as a kid. :peace_symbol: it’s no joke in the shallow parts of the river when the salmon run if they froze in motion you could walk across them. It’s an unbelievable site man :metal: :metal: :metal: :metal:

I grew up fishing all day every day in the summers, south Oregon coast up into AK my dad was in the fishing business buying and processing. I was glazing Salmon and Halibut to flash freeze and butchering King crab at 12-14 years old. Then one day the business went to shit early 80’s :frowning:
