LOL, I totally get this. I obsess about so much, the obvious goes unoticed. Often. I’ve been working on it the last few years. Letting some of the obssessive stuff go, and focusing on just being in the moment and seeing what’s in front of me.
Yesterday I only went out and harvested what I did because people told me to go do it. Super glad I did, as rain pelts the windows of my office right now. It didn’t even occur to me that I could just go outside and start chopping them rather than do some crazy shit to prevent mold.
Or my Hawaiian Snow looks ready but shouldn’t be. Entirely too much energy went nowhere thinking about that. Just chopped some yesterday, we’ll see.
My freshly-calibrated 20/20 FORESIGHT (got an eye exam yesterday actually) tells me you’ll get even MORE yield next season
Ya I cut and trimmed the west row BBM myself yesterday, my buddy is coming today to get the monster BBM done. This I.B is moving I punched it with another full shot, the last shot of nutes. We got some weird weather. 80’s next couple of days and the next 14 days dry. I’m letting the I.B finish right.
Oh yeah, I’m already starting to plan next year’s grow. I know that our local nursery DJ short blueberry clone will be on deck. I don’t care if I have to drive thru a couple of counties. I’m going to up my outdoor game with all proven outdoor winners. @Kavman might even grow this Blueberry Muffin again. Stellar Strain!!!
All the trimming in done except the lone Indiana Bubblegum pulling up the rear. Closer look at my leaking spicket. It’s not only leaking from around the valve on the spicket handle but I have a significant leak coming from the PVC where the spicket enters the PVC pipe.
Beautiful sight to see brother! Glad to hear you have a problem solved, even more amazing bud coming next year, but for now…looks like your sittin pretty atm…some gorgeous plants and a fantastic journal my friend, thanks for letting ol’ sticky face tag along.
Our drying and trimming style is similar, I love those mesh things, keeps the buds nice and clean, dries em quick too, no mold to worry about, who cares about a flat spot when its that chronic?
Thanks @Dendro, one more plant before the slight depression starts in after my grow ends for the winter. The flat spot doesn’t bother me either. I don’t final trim, cannabrush then remove from stems on to cure.
Very nice harvest, love them drying racks, that I.B is going to be huge and tasty i bet. That leak was really putting alot of water in that area, no wonder that was a flood zone
The dispensary is going to have dj short blueberry, very interesting, can’t wait to see your crop next year.
Haha. That was the exact quote I had in my head after I posted that! I am super excited for your bubblegums and the favorable weather you have been having this late into the season.
If the dispensary you buy the clone at checks your I.D sometimes they ask sometimes times they don’t but yes if they check to see your age 21 or older and its not OR they won’t sell it to you.
