(complete) Sheelavathi Seed Run

Sheelavathi is a 100% Sativa Landrace popular all over India. It is thought to have been derived from Idukki Gold which is now thought to be an extinct strain. The heritage is believed to be a cross of Idukki Gold x Karala. Sheelavathi is known to have varied phenotypes with a smell of wild flowers mixed with spices, but the taste is more inclined towards pine and hashish with undertones of flowers.
This strain is brought to you by @Tracker who sent me the seeds for the OG community.
Please thank him for his generosity!

More info on the beans…

I received the beans from a source in Tamil Nadu, India. He said this is the typical heirloom variety that his people farm there. He described the aroma as curry and the effect as typical long flowering Sativa effect. He said it takes 14-16 weeks of 12/12 to finish.

The source said the common name is Sheelavathi, but his people call it Neelam. Maybe that’s a dialect language thing.

The origin of the beans is the area with the blue marker. The source’s people farm it near there.
