Mike Drop still curing, no smoke yet. The late flower hairspray smells have dissipated, replaced by deep rotting / fermenting fruit. I swear I got a whiff of pineapple funk upon opening the jar. The nugs, and their intense rain coverage, remind me a lot of the GSD I grew last year, in that they are covered with trichs. This nug is 3 grams, on a wide mouth jar lid in the beautiful New England afternoon sunshine.
Crazy B is getting close to done. Hints of amber here and there. Will let it ride a few more days, since we have amazing weather through midweek. Fat dense buds have stood up to heavy morning fog, a few frosts, and some extended bouts of rain. Fantastic resistance. Lemony lime smells dominate. Really excited for this.
Diesel Project was chopped last Friday before some rain. Still hanging.

Golden Ticket x Appy F4 are getting pretty close to coming down. Got a little bit of warmer weather left and that’s about it.
Taller pheno reeks of lemons/candy. We had a bunch of rain recently and when I checked on her while putting my chickens/ducks to bed I gave her a good shake to knock the water off and afterwards you could smell it up in the front of my barn.
Shorter pheno still has that strong dog shit smell with a faint hint of lemony skunk on the back end.

Chopped my taller golden ticket x appy F4 tonight. Nice and frosty, and smells delicious. Gonna give her a little trim and let her hang dry for a while.

The end result of PCHP x Durban x Lamb I’m going to wake n bake tomorrow, I’ll get a good idea of the effects. My wife said it had a gas n oil smell or as she put it, it smells like me when I work on a car

Reporting back on the Pipeline HP x High Voltage testers. I ran into some mold problems with the second plant, but the biggest problems were either my fault entirely or probably could’ve been prevented had I taken more precautions. Also I get morning fog a lot, and I don’t think that’s all that common so I’d say my situation is something of an outlier. It was a fairly dry summer and I didn’t end up spraying at all, not for cats, not with mold preventatives. I did do one or two root drenches which may have helped a bit. Despite making good sized dense buds they did pretty well. Most importantly, they actually finished right on schedule, end of September/early October.
Now I’ve been toking on the two plants for awhile (I did a quick run through a Cool Cure on the first plant and then into bags, and the second went through the cycle and then has been sitting on “Hold” in the machine). It could definitely stand to cure awhile longer but I’ve been really enjoying it. Early finishing and works good? Two thumbs up.
I have a feeling I’m gonna have more High Voltage hybrids in my future.
