TBH, living in Nevada; I am more concerned with tourists that come from all over the globe! At least I am in Northern Nevada and not Clark County (Las Vegas). I hardly ever go where tourist congregate, but they are learning where the locals go. I haven’t been to a dispensary in ages anyway, but that’s the first place(s) they go.
It’s better for the moment to stay in my own area, as I have been doing. I mentioned that I have RO water, and emergency freeze dried foods that will last 2 weeks or more. They are on hand for the earthquakes and forest fires that we get. Nevada is 3rd or 4th in the country for earthquakes. Having been through a few shakers I can honestly say that they are the scariest thing that I ever imagined. Being older, I also have those surgical masks as well as a 3m half mask respirator in the house since the air is difficult to breath when the fires get going. My house is 4500 ft above sea level in the Tahoe foothills of Lake Tahoe. If they can help or not is unknown, but they surely can’t hurt! The virus can also enter through the eyes from what I have read.
I think that I paid about 10 cents each in bulk for the regular masks like you see in the Chinese videos…now selling for $5+ EACH, if you can find them! The thieves are out in force.
