Covid-19 check in

Very interesting, I’m a low salt/spice guy and have always found on those hot days when you can’t quench your thirst, we would mix a tsp of salt with our next water. Always helped.

I still flash back to a little kid when a doctor told me and my mom I need more salt in my diet, all I heard up to that point was how salt was bad for people so I was like what, not enough salt? I can’t remember if he explained it as I needed more iodine, I think he did but could be false memory added when I heard about iodine and it not being readily available like your for-mentioned zinc.
It could have been about blood pressure. I was always low blood pressure, every test I ever took.
Cant take spinning well, it fucks me up. spin 2 -3 times as a kid felt like other kids spinning a bunch of times.
I never changed much, shot up tall at 14. I ate what ever I wanted same thin body almost same face. Pretty much fucking up weed plants from too much fert, or high tds in my water, Over watering under watering made me question if I knew how to eat.
I also want to add I have had a 30 year stretch of restless leg syndrome.
One, now, I do not ever attempt to sleep if I can still open my eyes with out them crossing so I do not sit there uncomfortable trying to sleep. But My water well is full of minerals, bad ones, good ones, no clue, I mean I feel good. It is basically water from 330 feet down on Canadian shield, I added zero filters, my taps scale up like in water caves. Those minerals could be keeping my restless legs at bay. I absolutely dig the taste of the water, little salty.

I have a symptom of my spinal cord damage called Brisk reflex, which causes muscles to contract or fire multiple times instead of just once, which also causes clonus, which is involantary micro muscle contractions that happens all over my body from nerve signals jumping across different nerve paths and causes a type of restless leg syndrome as well as lots of other unpleasant and painful symptoms. Also part of this is called scissoring as you feel your legs are more comfortable crossed. This is because the reflex action causes the tendons and ligaments to stay taught in the thighs.

There are multiple causes for clonus which is still not fully understood but you should check that out as it sounds like you may have some common symptoms of it.

Restless leg syndrome can also be a vit or mineral deficiency can’t remember off the top of my head which one but they all need to be present to work effectively, I have a feeling it was iodine as I supplement that a lot for the clonus.
So check that out if you want.

your brisk and clonus ( google) says it’s neurons so not much for you to do in regards to that.
Magnesium is the mineral they suggested for the restless. also dehydration. I will add I walk without fatigue I can walk as long as I can stay asleep, sitting walking all the same to me so without noticing I can overwork my leg muscles and they can take a long time to settle.
One thing I do know is I have never had anything give me more relationship problems than jerky legs and being unable to sleep when gfs want to crash. Women hate it, like I mean HATE it.
I do not know if it is neurons with me as it is only laying down when I notice it. Do you cramp up/twitch middle of the day ever?

I am constantly twitching, it gets worse through the day as I move my head about agravating my neck.

The long fasting has started to help repair my neurological damage, as it produces large extra quantities of growth hormone and stem cells, while macrophages clear out and recycle the old damaged cells when the body goes into autophagy.

You just have to learn some internal medicine and how to body hack the system to get results, its not for everyone, but I am lucky I can summon the will power to do these things.

so did u jack your spine up?

Yeah I triped moving fast while working, put my hand out and the resulting connectic energy around 1200 ft pounds combined with arthritis ruptured the discs in my cspine, and pushed all the spinal fluid out around my spinal cord. Spinal stenosis is the official term I think.

So the discs are in direct contact with my spinal cord and treat it like a punch bag triggering the clonus and brisk reflexes and other stuff like hand tremors, temporary paralysis in my shoulder, poor balance as sometimes it feels as if I have big pads stuck on my feet and a shit ton of pain lol.

Has Swimming or some hanging apparatus helped? Any kind twitch in a pool has resistance so even that would be exercise so if you just want to float like a fetus give your spine and what not a break from gravity. All that paints you a bit into a corner as far as available activities.

I sit in a reclined position all the time, which helps de compress my neck. I was thinking of getting one of those inversion machines to hang upside down with, like batman lol.

Bat Man is cool.lol If you have the room for the inversion machine I say try it. Do not look over swimming.
zero impact exercise, break from gravity but also mentally it does something. Could be primal but it relaxes in a deep way and you eat well and sleep nice. Winter indoor pools are bright , wide space , warm perfect break from a grey January, little break from the restrictive cold. and if you are using a inversion machine to stretch out the swimming may work in tangent with that by laying you out relaxed floating as apposed to on an object.

I could only swim on my back, to swim normally I would have to hyper extend my head up and back, which would immediately trigger huge amounts of pain unfortunately.

laps on your back is ok. still good. also chin tucked, under water, stomach face down?
Jesus do you ever get a break from ache n pains?
What has to happen for you to have pain free mobile day. with out say meds.
Low humidity? intense stretching added up after while? Sauna, whirl pool, ice bath?
I let my paranoid brain wander if life seems to be messing with me. Reflect on my Karma wonder if the universe is trying to push me in a certain direction. If something were taken from me am I supposed to focus on others thing that were not. I am probibly just mentally ill though. Maybe you will invent a work out plan for people with the same ailments, be like a You tube coach, like Knees over Toes guy. I mean there is a bag of potatoes sitting in my house now cause of you. Cold potatoes who knew. lol

I and my woman were exposed to Covid by my mother who became very sick the day after we had smoked with her. I did feel low energy a couple of days after our encounter and had a short moment of brain fog I am not used to. But that was the extent of my symptoms. My woman also felt tired and said she too had a moment of confusion for no reason, but that was the extent of her symptoms as well. The chances are that at least one of us two should have become sick with Covid after that exposure.
We both take CBD isolate orally daily as a supplement and I believe the isolate stopped us from getting sick from Covid. I have read several articles that state pharmaceutical grade CBD does stop the reproduction of Covid in cells and helps with inflammation as well. Funny thing is most of these articles were published six months ago. I cant find any new information about this possible cure for Covid. Is it being suppressed?

Probably.

Glad you had minimum symptoms :+1:

Thank you Shadey. I appreciate that.
One thing a lot of people don’t know is that CBD isolate is fairly cheep now online. You can get 10 grams for 30 dollars at several online shops. When I used to get it at the dispensaries here it was 30 dollars a gram.

Yeah that certainly has come down in price, not sure if it would be the same here in Canada, are you in the states ? Worth getting at that price rather than growing it save a lot of processing time.

Yeah I’m in the states…California. I get my CBD from DENEX Hemp Co. in Colorado.
