Had a psychiatrist tell me that every time you try quitting, your chance is success increases. So if you fall off the wagon, get right back up. Eventually you will succeed.
I tried patches, gum, and cold turkey. None really worked for me. The patches gave me nightmares, the gum tasted terrible and stuck to my dental work, and cold turkey takes massive amounts of self discipline.
What eventually worked for me was an e-cig. I tried the small cigarette looking ones, but they never quite cut it, so I finally moved to a bigger mod. Every time I picked up a new bottle of e-juice, I would get 1 mg/ml less. Took me several months, but eventually I was on 0 mg/ml. After that I eventually gave up the e-cig gradually. Now if I crave a smoke, I roll a joint.

I tried the e cigs and I canât hold them in my lips like a cigarette, Iâve been operating cranes so long lighting a cig right before a big lift or something on the ragged edge of what the machine can do and not break or flip Iâm off my game without it uggggg. I wouldnât dare run my rig under the influence for legal reasons so I got to find a way around the mental part of it

Smokes here climbed to 14$ per pack for low end, untoward 20 for the high end⌠now the governments losing their shit because everyones buying native smokes for 5 a pack lol

hey I donât know if you solved the neighbor issue but I know exactly where you are coming from you see someone making mistakes that you have madÄ and want to help but as all of us addicts know thereâs no helping till we are ready thatâs just how it is I also get not wanting anything to draw attention to your grow whether neighbors getting there lab busted or your own actions bringing unwanted attention to yourself all wÄ can do is hope they all come out the other side and pray for those that donât make it

Hehe, yeah my daughterâs momâs family is Native American and have access to the cheaper packs! If I decide to smoke till I die, then Ill start being NICER to them, it might help get their help with the cheaper smokes. However, the only peeps harder to get along with, other than in-laws, are EX in-laws!

What ABOUT it? Hehe, Ive had EXCELLENT luck staying away from it, personally⌠my daughterâs mom the other week had mentioned wanting to try and smoke shit to lose some of the weight sheâs packed on! HAHAHAHA! I about croaked laughing! I was like, âSweetie, youâll lose more than pounds of fat if you start smoking again!â She was, of course, NOT serious. Poor women! Their body images are so much more emphasized as being SOOO important! Guys can be ugly as hell and its OK, why canât girls? I, personally celebrate DIVERSITY in the women I prefer! Haha, just canât have one!!

Holy!!! 20 a pack???WTF! Thatâs robbery. I tell you, if I still smoked I would be growing my own tobacco. Seeds of Change seed catalogue used to have tobacco seeds for sale. Not many people realize that tobacco used to be grown in the north. Iâm sure that it was grown in Connecticut, and New York as well. I think they used to grow it to pay taxes. It can be grown damn near anywhere. Of course cigarettes of homegrown would taste nothing like the fake things they call cigarettes today. It would have tobacco in it. Lol.

CBD cigarettes taste quite a bit like regular cigarettes in my opinion. They sell them at our local store, and the guy I work with gets these sometimes instead of smoking real cigarettes. Maybe that could do the trick. Quitting cigarettes sure is tough though.

easier than they should be. I fed them some cheap indoor Walmart fertilizer⌠some times. And then would go to camp for a week or two. Ended up making about 2 bazillion seeds because I didnât realize I had to pluck the flowers lol. Theyâre basically impossible to kill
