Seeds, Tissue cultures and clones are not federally scheduled. Not saying that private companies like USPS, UPS and FedEx wonāt have their own internal rules, nor that Utah and Virginia will suddenly drop their anti-drug laws and be fair players of the games, but this is an excellent clarification from the Justice Dept.

If onlyā¦ I think by the time theyāre large enough to take cuttings, thereās already enough THC in the stems and leaves to exceed 0.3% if they actually test for it. Iād be thrilled to be wrong, though.

I heard that some people were selling edibles through the mail since the amount of THC in the finished product was less than 0.3% by weight.

I remember walking down the street in broad daylight passing a bowl walking around the block next to the HS at lunch. The bowl got to me and as I was exhaling we heard the telltale squeal of a police Crown Vic behind us but a decent ways back (those were the days, we could hear a cop and know for sure it was one before youād even see them). I tossed that bitch lefty underhand with the slightest of arm motion across my waist so you couldnāt tell from behind that I threw anything. There was a mailbox with ivy grown all the way around it to the ground and that bowl soared in there smooth and landed in the ivy right under the box.
We bullshitted with the cop for a minute (they knew some of us so we knew heād stop) and were on our way. I went to retrieve the bowl with the kid who owned it after school and it was completely unscathed. Glass piece too!

I thought this was pretty old news, when they made hemp legal I thought it was as long as itās less than whatever amount thc they consider it hemp
