You can still transplant at this stage. It may be way less stressful on the plant too vs the small volume of soil. Try to aim for around 10 gallons for a plant that size. Also sweet marjoram for aphids and sacred basil for spidermites as trap plants.
Also to add if you just do the bare minimum she’ll produce still honestly. If she smells good I’d keep her and only give up if it’s a losing battle keeping her alive for another 2 weeks. Even still I’d personally stick it out. Plants like that end up a good smoke if made healthy again
If your worried about hurting the plant have someone help you, double team transplant.
