Does every state have it’s own local IBL or heirloom strain?

It depends

If you are in south Spain you can grow them all

its a “cloying” sweet blue type (its blackberry kush x nyc diesel iirc). i got the clone from someone who showed up here selling them locally and they were probably all infected. it either came with or got mites soon after, sprayed and was fine. it never got an IPM after that - was the only plant that did not get sulfur spray and was the only plant (including seedlings on the other side of the yard - besides one auto that was completely isolated) that did not display PM lol. i cant really explain it but theres something in there - if you can source then properly disinfect the clone first maybe. the sweet smell is a bit too much for me though - it never stopped the cloying shit lol i hate trimming that stuff.

Does holland have specific strains that will finish outside for them? Or England, or France

@shade sounds like a good outdoor clone. I found a blueberry hp plant that was super resistant to pm. Another project I need to get back to :disappointed:

the reason it didnt get an IPM which i left out lol was that it auto’d on me in early july when i put it outside. so theres a photoperiod thing there. i harvested middle of september, longer “flower” than advertised but some other genetic anomolies compared to the others from the same source.

i will once again find the great white shark. there was an archive strain that was called Shark Bite i think? that one there were 2 females out of maybe 6 that held the resistance traits and were some nice OG types. didnt see them on their site when i check recently though. in oregon they do a lot of Moby Dick, ive mostly seen light dep but i do wonder about giving that one a shot as a chucking expedition for outdoor too. it likes natural sunlight, never smoked its indoor but its like the GWS in that regard that its got an old school effect with long lasting calming nice power etc goes a wee bit mild fruit outside just easy to smoke on.

People just be naming anything they “import” to their region. Most of the regional strains are NL, NL5/haze, skunk, or now og or cookies, just a nice cut, usually a seed pop, that gained popularity in an area. Some strains truly were developed in a linked region, but most are just nice seed pops that people held onto.

Lexi has never snapped at me or anyone else. I think her personality leans more GS/H than Akita. She has tons of energy, likes to play and occasionally likes to “talk” to you.

This is my guy, he has an amazing batch of Maui Wowie/Haze beans and I’m holding on to a clutch rn but if you shoot him a message he may have some.

ya i guess that was an assumpton by me. the akitas dont really mess with people though, its just a trait many share with other dogs. not saying shes dangerous even, theres an aussie x akita neighbor and she just likes to nibble at my dogs thighs a bit but its not hard biting. just gotta be careful that the other dog doesnt overreact really when socializing her.

A buddy gave me some great white crosses I think. I should dig them out

I got mine from @JustANobody I’m guessing you did as well?? I never actually asked what it stands for

Im not worried about your dog, my pack will handle her regardless of what she does. Doesnt matter , they have seen it all. They WILL EXPECT her to attack them…lol…like ALL NON socialized dogs do.

She will freak for 15 minutes, snap, try to bite them, THEN she will figure out they wont hurt her and all wiil be rosey. She will have the time of her life…or my pack will just kill her…lol. kidding they wont harm her. Knock her down, chase her, jump over her while she is running away, lol, but NONE of mine are aggressive or want to fight.

If you talk with old dutch growers, for sure they have some selected phenos for outdoor

But we don’t have specific outdoor strains like canadians have the friesland, godbud, etc…

they cross everything to the erdbeer there when doing outdoor

Is it easy to get erdbeer outside of the EU?

all the commercial breeders there have pretty much caught the cookie cough. i dont think youll find virtually any of them on a seedfinder etc, but in terms of the seeds old timers are holding its popular. like very popular, even with american ones.

Well hopefully I stumble upon it one day
