Dungeons Vault Genetics - Anyone use them?

I did a Vietnamese black and Dalat preservation. No idea if DVG did as well. I’ve passed both out heavily as freebies

Most definitely! I woke up yesterday having no idea that a new plan would hatch to spread some incredible genetics that I had kinda forgotten about. Nothing really beats reproducing and sharing a cool pack!

snapped some pics the other day before i dismantled the bucket framework. going to build raised beds. struggled too many years trying to produce in the buckets. the sun just blasts them and the roots get cooked.

no mas.

keeps threatening rain all day, so haven’t been outside building sh*t like i want to. our storms roll in fast and violent. supposed to be hail too. we get fist sized hail stones sometimes. moth ball to golf ball sized is more typical.

Keenly watching this thread. Bought a pack of Atreyu and Legendary Purps a few weeks back, which came with 2 free packs of Brandywine (Pink Champagne x Grandpas Breath).

I’ve only ever ran one purple flowered strain before, Frisian Dew. It tasted so good but the power wasn’t there. Hopefully DVG will give me that purple flavour with strength to boot.

pink champagne alone should be amazing. its supposed to be a really good medical strain. crossed with GB?

some of mine like to eat the defoliated leaves. so not always welcome in the garden.

but they DID get that friggin rat that spent the winter under my soil recycle tub outdoors. just this morning when i let them out. get 'im!

good job boys!!

and doubtfully causing drama after a seed run is dumped on the community.
i thought THAT was what this place was about anyways…

Dude, this is awesome! I am happy that you’ll be able to get this strain into your rotation. Grandpa’s Breath has been on my radar for some time. Awhile back I tried a strain from the medical dispo that had Grandpa’s Breath in the lineage and I really enjoyed it (I think I had something called “Grandpa’s BreathStar”).

I actually meant to chime in on this thread earlier. Recently I obtained two packs of seeds that both have Grandpa’s Breath as one of their parent strains. Both packs are from Green Rebel Farms - the first is Stardawg x Grandpa’s Breath, the second is Valley Ghash x Grandpa’s Breath. Later this year I want to try growing both of them. If/when any male plants show up I want to collect their pollen and maybe even try crossing these strains with each other. I’m feeling pretty ambitious about it all tho, especially since I still haven’t set up my garden space and I have a lot to learn about completing a successful harvest. If all goes according to plan then by this time next year (at the earliest) I could have a pollen chuck project going.

I don’t want to get too far ahead of myself here. Still need to “learn how to walk before I can run,” so to speak. But I wanted to chime in on the chance that I’ll have something in the future that I can contribute towards a fun community collaboration.

wow. GB x candyland. i bet that is going to be an amazing cross.
grew out candyland outside last summer. it is a jar i like reaching for. tastes good. nice buzz that lasts a while.

let us know when you get started on that cross. would like to see what you turn out.

same. the last bit to come out of ken’s camp. some real pinnacle stuff.

just jump on it man. make a log here. ask questions. always someone experienced around to help out. this is the OG way. you just have to take those first steps to get the experience under your belt.
there are a LOT of n00bs here with their first grows going on. they’re getting all sorts of great advice and asking great questions on the way. i see people getting help from space setup, to soil mixes, to DIY insecticides…

someone said it earlier that this place is the “rosetta stone of cannabis cultivation”. i would tend to agree.
take full advantage.

i thought that also at one point, but now, disagree.
to me, getting to the point of repro runs requires experience… and there is only one way to gain experience. but just jumping in and doing it. half the stuff i do now with practiced ease i struggled with a year to two years ago. just constantly taking on new thing/techniques and leaning and fine tuning as i go. what one man can do, so can you. just gotta take those first steps and have confidence in yourself and your abilities. you CAN do it. :+1:
