Lmfao yeah bro. When it tastes like roasted nuts, that too much heat  listening for that ā€œClickā€ then turn off that fire.

Shit, I mean I am stopping right at the click. Maybe my torch is too hot. If I donā€™t roll it the SS cap glows. But otherwise Iā€™m aiming about at the ā€œVā€ printed on the tip. Should I heat closer to the clicker?

Yeah thatā€™s perfect for getting all the vapor, full extraction in one or two (heatup/cooldown)sessions.

If you want flavor youā€™ll need to heat like 1/4inch higher than that, towards the top of the cap. You wonā€™t get nearly as much vapor but tons of flavor. Will likely need 4-6 sessions to fully extract a cap heating that way.

Torch is too strong. Hold pen further away. :flushed:

Dynavap 420 Sale on now 20% off, just an FYI.

Ya definitely spin it in your fingers While heating thereā€™s two clicks like a tick/tock type of sound ( which is a type of range indicator) the first tick is pretty light to hear You can vape it the first sound but it takes one or two heat ups on my alcohol lamp a two or three flame torch is almost too much power Imo

Yeah i prefer a single or dual flame torch at most.

Some caps are messed up and will ā€œdouble-clickā€, you only hear it once. Generally, if you heat around the V, I like to catch it somewhere between the first and second click but it depends on your particular cap and tip.

The stainless tips heat differently than the titanium tips and the stainless holdā€™s itā€™s heat longer. So the second heat cycle on a stainless tip, heating at the V again right after the cooldown clicks, usually = burnt herb. So the second cycle I tend to heat around the middle of the cap instead of the ā€˜Vā€™ towards the bottom.

On the titanium tip you likely wonā€™t have that issue at all and can heat both cycles at the ā€˜Vā€™.

Some caps youā€™ll need to go a ~2 seconds after the click to get the right vapor production, some youā€™ll need to stop at the very first click. it just depends. but stick with it and youā€™ll get it figured out. I havenā€™t looked back since I got one, now I have 4.

Haha! I just ordered the M2020 and a lighter. They have a back to school thing going now(through tomorrow) on the dynavap site, so Iā€™m expecting two of the M2020s. Now Iā€™m looking at a diy induction heater project, :joy:

I got a 2020 free when I preordered the 2021; was nice to have two. I could get by with one, but two was perfect. The one cooled off just as fast as I used the other.

Actually thinking about picking one up next week, gotta do more research to see exactly what I need to get with it. I want a vape I LOVE SO BAD, but have been SO DISSAPOINTED. God I hope this is ā€œthe oneā€

Iā€™ve been pretty impressed with this one. It has a dynavap cap, but the condenser has a spiral insert that cools well. Bonus, it looks like a pen. My only complaint is that sometimes the cap flies off when it pops. I might swap the tip to my M tip.

Iā€™ve been using mine for a couple weeks now with a torch to heat it, which has been pretty cool, but today our ufo induction heater arrived and is a level up for sure, no more rolling it around in a flame and super fast reheats, could even be used to heat a wand for hashā€¦maybe.

Where did you get the induction heater?

Check out the ā€œsimrell collectionā€. They also sell just the stem which is compatible with dynavap bodies, but I liked the look of this oneā€¦ more like a pen, less like a crack pipe.

Seen a video somewhere that a every so slight squish of the cap helps it from flying off did it myself and not much issues if any now but was an occasional occurrence with mine as well

Yo man that is a slick looking dynavapā€¦

Dynavap sells a cap called the ā€œcaptivate capā€ that stays on much better than the normal cap. It might fix the cap popping off issue

Itā€™s titanium like the Omni, and the tip is the dynavap titanium tip. I thought they usually sell the titanium tip with the non-captive cap, so I wasnā€™t sure if it was because the captive isnā€™t supposed to be used with it or not.

I have a captive on my regular ss dynavap. I could try it.
