Gday. I’m in the process of setting up a room that is restricted in height. Initially I was going to use a 4’x4’ flood tray to cycle 16 plants SCROG using ebb & flow system, but due to the room having a height of 1800mm (6’) I looked into drip irrigation and run to waste as the tray will only be 4”-6” off the ground. I’ve just read about the surge tank setup and was wondering if any other growers have set one up or know of them being used? I’m know tempted to set up both drip Irrigation to feed during initial 2 weeks of veg then flood for flowering period. My main concern was my inexperience in growing and either not feeding enough or too much with drip irrigation for entire cycle. The setup will be 2x600w cool tube reflectors, expanded clay in pots and co2 from cylinder.
