I never said they were the best 
. I said blurples do work, and nothing really wrong with them. You can grow good weed with them.

I still run HPS in flowers, along with those. 
I no longer use blurple either, but I had for many years.
I am about to rework my lights pretty soon, so I’ll see what I come up with.

I also have some purple lights and I managed to get some good weed with them, no disagreeing in that. but when I first tried the quantum boards it actually blew me away. the next grows also, so not just a lucky strike. that’s why I recommend them to everyone who is asking^^ I also have a hans panel with which I grow (blurple too) it outperforms lamps like shown above easily but can’t beat the quantum ime

Im just gettin back into it myself and just started using quantum boards. When i quit the blurples just didnt have the yields a hps put out. These quantums though have put leds on a new level with g/w usage. I do both these days hps in 5x5 ts3000 in 4x4 and a goos ol t5 for veg 3 tents 3 lights too many strains lol i feel like some strains have preferences for the type of light although i might just be high.
