In in Canada, and I ended up putting in a brand new 20amp breaker and wired it myself with armoured 12/2 outside the wall to it’s own GFI plug. It solved a lot of my power balance problems in “this old house”.

if you plug the microwave and coffee pot in the same outlet you’ll be very close and over the max with some of them. at least with us appliances, not sure about the power draw on the uk ones.
