Yes , where I’m at even plants set out in late June would be plenty mature before flowering starts. I don’t think starting them indoors would make them flower sooner unless rootbound or some other anomaly.

I have seen two of the same clone , with one in partial shade and a bit rootbound finish a little earlier. That works even tho some say it wont.

Some strains go into flower when they get root bound. I never use containers because I don’t do well with them

Ahhh , ya I don’t think we have them here, but the geese are landing in force I bet I watched 2-300 land today in a couple of hours at the lake, they were feasting on spring shiners too you could see huge schools congregating up tight to shore, little do they know, it’s not stopping the geese
