That’s the ticket. Good soak and a rinse. I was only able to do the soak part for a while. I felt clean, but not as clean as a hot shower

I’m supposed to use my leg until I get wobble/shaky than rest. Have to pay attention to any side twisting in my knee. It still has pain in there. Wearing the brace and waiting to see the Dr. on the 29
