I agree with 420 as long as they don’t look dead they should root. I use a bubble cloner and see roots in 7/10 days never had good luck sticking clones straight into cubes or pro mix.

All the speedcups have also been up-potted into airpots with 1x HubbaBubbasmelloscope S1 and the Blood Orange Haze S2* into 1L and the beefier HubbaBubbasmelloscope S1 into a 3L airpot.
I’ll be starting to apply Bud Buster Pro this week

So you transplant your autos? It seems they do quite well. Most of the autos I grew with the most success I up potted. The ones in final pot to start seem stunted and small. Maybe it’s just me not knowing how to water right or something.

I spray every 3rd day, and leave it sit in the dark for 4-8 hours before putting it back.
5x so far. Will do 1x more in a day and then that’s that I’m thinking… maybe

Last week I noticed the temps were maxing out at 23c so I increased the seedling sprouting mat’s temperature up a bit and ensured the probe was in the same area in the dome as the cuts. This AM is the first day I have some extra time to putter at home so I decided to lift up and check every rockwool cube with the clones going to see if there was anything at all going on.
Some of the UK Cheese cuts are starting to yellow which made me worry… but to my joy and surprise:
UK CHEESE: 7x cuts taken from outdoor plant… 7x CUTS ARE SHOWING ROOTS!!
Bubba Kush: MBC: 4x cuts taken from 2x plants… 2x CUTS ARE SHOWING ROOTS!!
I think I’ve finally “unlocked” cloning in my home and while this is great I now need to pot these things asap to get them really established. No pics of these yet but will share root porn when I do the up-potting.
On another great note; the Mephisto Genetics Hubbabubbasmelloscope S1 project is going fantastic with the STS’d plant being pretty much only 's.
The untreated female plants waiting for the pollen to drop as they develop further now on day 21.

Everything that showed fishbones are in their new 2week home. The 2x red cups are the Bubba Kush: MBC with all the blue cups being UK Cheese.
Group shot with everything closed up. I switched to the full heat mat so I need to check on this tent throughout this am to make sure it stabilizes where I want it.
I’ve had to leave the vegging plants alone on auto-pilot but they clearly are happy with the AC Infinity 2x4 tent being dialed in so well!
