I have a similar pair… excellent for manicuring bud.
You can reach into the bud and snip some of those sugar leaves cleanly off at the base.
… just saying… if that’s what you want to do…

I have a permanent callus on my finger from trimmimg with scissors…wish they would have come out with these sooner…
Sadly, they don’t come with a unicorn…

I switch out to different scissors when my fingers start to hurt. I have a few types.
@CanuckistanPete i have Fiskars that are my usual and i LOVE THEM as I open/close using my entire palm to prevent any fatigue or soreness after an epic trim jail sentence.
@Gpaw fantastic to hear! I was wanting to use this to clip the smoking nugs off the cured mini branches instead of my usual pinch and tear. Gonna be dainty as fuck.

I’ve been up since 7am and have not stopped moving since. Well, okay I stopped only to pack bowls, and do a few courses in my master grower class with @GreenCulturED so I’m fracking tired but still excited so here is a run-on-sentence and a sn

Really good so far! Each course is made up of a video lesson, reviews at every major info-dump, a downloadable pdf book containing the meat of the lesson, and then the quiz at the end.
The fact that i’ve learned a bunch of “in-between the lines” information from the FIRST 2 / STARTER modules I’m very very grateful for this experience and plan on sharing my knowledge here as I understand it 
My biggest hurdle has been the quiz for 1 reason and 1 reason alone: MUCH LIKE IN SCHOOL I need to remember to answer with WHAT I WAS TOLD and NOT MY OPINION

In the MedCab Tent the 2x photoperiods got a little trimming as two friends are coming to stay for a visit.
The WhiteCBG and FreedomDream CBD are so darn cute next to these female amazon giants!
I’m in love with the leaf structure of the Freedom Dream which remind me of a rip-saw. It’s pre-flowers are still hard to make the call… so I’m going to pretend that they are female for the time being.
White CBG is packed with tight nodes and I swear the pre-flowers are female. 
Sometime in the week I’m going to pull out the UK Cheese and defoliate the interior. My gut tells me I am asking for trouble if I take this outside without the removal so I might as well do it early enough that it heals up well before the great outdoors.
I trimmed the Manitoba Poison down so the canopy was even. It’s Durban Poison lineage is showing with how it’s branching and tight-leafing it
Both of the latter plants are yellowing a little (camera exaggerates this) so I gave both plants 1cup of worm castings as a top-dressing.
The AC Infinity tent was cleared out to make way for AutoFlower Round 1 of 2022.
As an added bonus I took this moment to use the space to take a few shots of the #Fuck Cancer plants.

…and with that done both plants went back into their side of the 4x4. They both have a little light burn so I lifted the fixture by 6 inches.
Right next to them the BOG SourBluTooth is getting chonky buds growing in the ΩPOT.
It smells like CANDY in here.

One of the BIGGEST PAINS with doing a POLLEN RUN is the clean-up… it took me 2 HOURS of vacuuming, washing, spraying, wiping, etc to STOP SEEING YELLOW from the ACDC pollen run.
I have SO MUCH ACDC POLLEN i’ll be dividing it up into baggies and will eventually make a small sign-up for about 25 mailers (which is what I can afford right now).
On top of the EPIC cleaning… yesterday was BOTH a New Moon & a Solar Eclipse 
.
Which meant that I NEEDED TO do the proper Pagan thing and started my seeds AT PEAK ECLIPSE 
After doing all this ritual; they got placed into the now-empty 2x2.
There’s space in here for a reason beyond the seeds because 2 plants not yet seen in this post needed a new home as they won’t fit downstairs now.
As a result both the Black Snow and Earth Lover CBD AutoFem are keeping the new girls company as their hormones wake themselves up for the soil bath to come.
The Black Snow is really pretty and chonky as fuck! I also gave this one a top-dressing of worm-castings as a loving boost in addition to it’s feed.
The Earth Lover CBD AutoFem smells heavenly!
I prepped the BASE mix for the autos with: 5L of PromixBX, 10L of Sheep Manure, 2.5L of Perlite
The top most later and a ditch in the BASE mix is pure BX so it’s not hot to trot.
When the seeds go into the medium tonight or tomorrow I’ll be adding 1cup of worm castings as a top-coat + seed booster and then cover each site with a 4" plastic pot so they are in a more humid but still breathable environment protected from direct light until they start to lift up.
Going back to the AC Infinity Tent I am maximizing my footprint here like a boss. 
I TRIED to fit in all 8 trays… but that wasn’t gonna happen so it’s ONLY the risers under the fabric pots and with everything in here for 3x weeks (1 month MAX) i’m not worried about leaking as it’s not like the seedlings will need the whole pot saturated. The key point is there is AIR FLOW around and UNDER these things so I won’t have do deal with bullshit.
Upstairs the 2022 Veg Garden is doing “okay”. I’m turning off some lights as I think the small growth is due to too much light. It’s all only 3000K in here so it’ll have to do until I get them under the sun with some shade cloth until they are stable in ground.
I volunteered at a community event near Earth Day as part of the David Suzuki Foundations Pollinators project (aka: the Butterfly way).
I got 2 free bushes, and then paid for 1x Wild Ginger, 2x Scarlett Bee Balm, and 1x Blue Sedge. Bonus was that all the proceeds all go to the migrating songbird project & that I found the 1x pot of Wild Ginger left over from last year so ITS ROOTS ARE BEYOND EPIC.
One of the bushes; a Honeysuckle which is next to our Amaryllis on its second set of leaves this spring.
The second bush is a Flowering Raspberry which is keeping Squirt company (the peyote cactus) and in the back a Dahlia that I got from the dollarstore of all places
If y’all are wondering about my citrus well I’ve been having issues ALL WINTER and while I’ll share images of my Cannabis failures with y’all i’m not gonna do such with my citrus… it makes me sad so i’m hoping to have a pile of images of them healthy outdoors in a few months time.
Up on the top shelf is the Mothers, Father, and Reveg shelf with my birthday Staghorn Fern (bottom right) that I need to up-pot and decide it’s permanent home in the house.
