There is no probation and you can trade with anyone you like. Just reach out to them. Some will shy away because you are new and some will not. That’s up to each individual. There is a rule that says when dealing with new users that the new user sends first and the better known user sends after they receive but it’s up to the two people trading to decide how they want to do it. These are also rules in the trading post.
