I can send you some F2s of the ones that I made. It will be the same male that was used for the triple Durban and a female that is very similar, or perhaps even more into the lanky sativa variety. I think you’d be pretty well guaranteed to find what you’re looking for.

Funny, I’ve been after Durban and its Licorice/anise smells for years, and I hate black licorice! Go figure. It’s a very unique smell.

Can’t find it. I found, oddly enough, classics seeds, lol. But not classic. What have you heard about it? Good one? What made you back away from tropical? Any reason? They’re Durban punch sounded right up my Alley. Racy high.

Snowhigh has some old stock specials in his October newsletter. Has two Durban hybrids Poison Girl (Sensi’s Durban), and Poison Girl 2 (Dutch Passion’s Durban). Really nice prices.
Both are short, and fast flowering Durbans.
@OleReynard he has some BB Blasts in that list too.

I’ll try and find the thread and post the link, but I’m pretty sure cannabiogens and tropicals Durban was crossed with something at one point, same with their Ciskei to make it more manageable.

You know, I thought that was the case, and I had a pretty good rant about it at one point, but had finally accepted I was just being a fuss pot. Find that info if you can. I’d love to know for sure. Shame if they out crossed Ciskei too. It was already manageable.

I was wrong😅 so both companies received seeds from a south African icmag member from bagseed he got in the year 2000. They did their own further development on them but no confirmation that they were crossed with something. I will say for myself we still had a very good supply of real Swazi and Lesotho during that time so I’d say they should be of the same caliber, we still had sanctions running until 1993 so we were a bit slower on the uptake of new genetics.

A couple others I’m also on the look out for, cannabiogen Punto rojo, mangobiche and Nepal Highland? The Punto rojo looks excellent and quite a few reports claim to get phenos in it that are very similar to original haze.
