Free Seeds & Free Clones Thread Vol. 1 (Closed)

Nice, this year will be my first attempt at outdoor. They will be up in Barry’s Bay.

Your like exactly north from my a couple hours. You will surely want something that’s finished by the end of September.

Says ur first frost date is sep 21 - 29 and cannabis can handle light frost a good few times as long as you don’t select a strain that is too dense bud structure.

Yes indeed. As you know it’s hit and miss. Sept can be great but last year turned cold and wet fast. Just luck of the draw. This is why I was thinking Auto’s for outdoors. I can shave a month off by starting them inside while it’s still to cold outside and harvest them end of summer instead of fall. At least that’s what I was thinking, being my first outdoor I don’t know how it will work out but should be a fun adventure either way.

I suggest you try to do photo periods outdoors. The ontario weather isn’t always the friendliest to autos. Mind you new autos could be better but the automaria I sent you were never the best for me outdoors. Id do them but I would plant like a hundred in a bed and just hope on half an ounce each.

Yea, as long as your not being stupid. Don’t be doing an unlicensed full scale production without the proper precautions, just like the old days . If I had more space, I would max out the limit of my household. But growing from seed, I don’t see the point of having 15 plants (4 adults, one with med card) in a 3x3 space. when 9 would just be easier to work with and they can be bigger. Once I get just clones being pushed through, then yea, I’ll prob fill it up, but too unpredictable from seed.

Just keep your outdoo selections for your area under the 60 day mark and you will most likely be just fine. If you have a humid location consider strains that have higher mold resistance.

Yeah you don’t want to be stupid about anything. I figure 5 plants 5 varieties.

I’ve been going off five flowering plants. Vegging plants, they aren’t doing anything, just hemp, right? Lol.

Thanks for the input man, much appreciated. It is super helpful being able to get such knowledge from someone who is doing it in my area. I have a ton to learn regarding outdoor grows including soil as I grow in coco. I have been concentrating on indoor grows and just switched from MH/HPS to LED so still learning the new setup. Now running an HLG 600 Rspec with UV bar attachment in a 4x4 and just finishing first run. A few small hiccups but was fun learning the new setup. Next run should be much better but should still get a few smokable nugs out of my first LED attempt.

That’s right!

In Oklahoma it is Medical only. We are allowed 6 plants in flower and 6 in veg. That is per person with a Medical Marijuana Card.

I am envious, that is a much more reasonable limit.
