The Agricultural Act of 2014, Pub. L. 113-79 (“2014 Farm Bill”), introduced a new “industrial hemp” category of cannabis, and authorized states to implement programs for the cultivation of industrial hemp. As a result of the 2014 Farm Bill, some products derived from industrial hemp are mailable under specific conditions, which include:
n A license from a state’s Department of Agriculture authorizing the licensee to produce industrial hemp, and
n The requirement that the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of such hemp (or its derivatives) may not exceed a 0.3 percent limit.
The mailability of hemp was also recently addressed by the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, Pub. L.115-334 (“2018 Farm Bill”). Among other things, this legislation:
Provided a definition for “hemp,” which includes hemp plants and seeds, and products derived therefrom;
Removed hemp from regulation under the Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. § 801 et seq.;
Created a process by which states could propose their own plans to regulate hemp production and distribution; and
Clarified that interstate commerce of hemp is permitted (2018 Farm Bill, §§ 10113, 10114, 12619).
I’ve read it over before but I didn’t know for sure if it applied, or if it was being interpreted as applying.
Years ago there was a "collective’ that claimed it was legal for them to mail you weed if you got a California med ID card online, despite not living in CA. They had a huge spiel about how they were legal through a gray area of law and would hire a lawyer to represent you if you got caught. I’m pretty sure it was interpretation (or in their case intentional embellishment) and not actual law.

So I just chopped my first cbd plant. A cherry wine, and it looks and smells better than the bag the seed came in. Anyone have some spare cbd seeds? I’d like to try a few more strains…
Out of curiosity any idea on percentage? I’ve been checking Sebring’s site for maybe a year now and have never seen anything available. Good 1:1 strains can be amazing.
That’s like perfect. I had some Pennywise that was 1:1 around 12-14% and that shit was great for medicinal use and even just a mellow sesh. I gotta hit him up anyway to pay shipping on the Trumpnutz seeds so I’m asking him!
